My husband received a voucher to spend here - a great gift for a cheese lover! What a fabulous range to choose from and so much more interesting than the usual supermarket fare. Reminds me of many a happy holiday in France when we returned with a cool bag full of delicious cheeses. The owner was exceptionally helpful in sorting out queries with our order and the cheese arrived next day with its own ice pack and in perfect condition. We will certainly be ordering from here again when we are next allowed to entertain friends at home. (Hopefully we won't have to wait too long!)

This is my dream place. Lock me down here please! Amazing products - want them all, cheese, wine, crackers, cheese gifts, (amazing coffee if you visiti the shop) but it is soooooooooo easy to order online. Just want everything! Such a great idea for thank you gift boxes and get well soon gift boxes. All just ready to send out. What's not to like. Service is also just so charming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

I have ordered a few cheese gifts online to send to friends and family who are worried about this second COVID lockdown. What a lovely, friendly company. Orders arrived really swiftly. They couldn't have been more helpful when I phoned and asked a couple of questions. I have also been into the shop and it is just an Aladin's cave of cheese and wine and just some great gift ideas too. Thank you Cheese Hub for a fabulous experience.

Despite all of the problems of running a business in these difficult times, The Cheese Hub have provided fantastic cheese, delivered on time and with great attention to maintaining the freshness and quality of the product. The customer service is second to none, and when we recieved a wrong cheese in our order the owner contacted us immediately and provided an explanation and resolved the matter. Highly recommended.

Ordered my first selection of cheeses as a gift for my son who is a bit of a cheese fiend !!
The hamper arrived on time, literally a day after ordering, well packaged and I was also able to track it. My son is absolutely over the moon with it. He said the quality of all the cheeses is excellent. The choice of all types of cheeses from different countries is quite staggering, can't beat the value for money! See you again soon!

Not just fantastic cheeses, but perfect personal customer service when my speciality cheese delivery got stuck at the sorting hub. They sorted it out, so that I still received my order in time for the cheese fondue I was due to serve to my private dining clients that evening. Highly recommended.

Ordered cheese from this site..... Pont-l'Eveque. It advertised as a square box like it is in France. What did we get.......a slice of cheese. The triangle (2 actually) at £6 something each. Then when it arrived.......11 days later, it was hot and smelled disgusting. We live in France and due to COVID 19, cannot get home. Yes we have had this cheese from other supermarkets here but, thought this would be more like the quality of Normandy. Not a chance. It is completely different. An absolute rip off.

Placed an order for a cake and they have an amazing customer service. The manager called me to be sure about the party size, date and address so they will contact the pub and organise the delivery correctly. Super happy with the service. However, the cake was not as expected. All the different layers were covered on plastic so I had to take one by one to open it. Also, the cheese layers have stickers and some parts were covered on wax, so not easy to cut the cake at all. I was expecting a cake ready to cut really.

I placed an order and requested that the package be left with a neighbour if I was out. Instead, I got a text saying the package had been taken to a post office (without saying which one). I had a brief correspondence with cheese hub, which didn't get me very far. A few days later I discovered the paper saying which post office it was sent to, and went to collect it. It had been sent back. I explained this in an email to my original point of contact at cheese hub, who didn't respond. I sent a new e-mail after a few days, and received nothing back. Nearly two months later and I'm convinced I won't be seeing my money or my cheese from these people. Honest advice: just go to the shop. Whatever shop you find will likely not mess you about as annoyingly as cheese hub.

From start to finish my experience with Cheese Hub had been 10/10. My request was not straight forward as I needed a large Brie to form the bottom tier on my daughter’s wedding cake and yet Ray could not have been more helpful with his advice and assistance. Cheese arrived today promptly as promised and we can’t wait to tuck in with our guests. I will definitely be back!
