I ordered Elegance in a pot arrangement for my friend's birthday for next day delivery. Got the message pretty quickly saying the order has been accepted. No other communication after that. Wasn't sure if the flowers were delivered so tried to call them, no one picked up and no message could have been left either. My friend messaged me the day after her birthday that she had received beautiful flowers and was very happy. It was day after the requested delivery date. I must admit though the flowers looked lovely and presentable, good looking box of chocolates and the packaging was very nice too. My friend was very happy and impressed with both the quality of the flowers and chocolates. Let down for me was no communication and late delivery.

Edit - finally got to speak to a lovely manager who apologised and rectified the issue immediately. She even threw in complimentary additional flowers.
Majorly regret using this company!
Ordered flowers and balloon to be delivered yesterday. The flowers were delivered but the balloon wasn't. I understand that mistakes can sometimes happen but for me the customer service is below par. Called up the company and spoke to an unhelpful woman multiple times who was really not bothered or helpful. Asked me to e-mail - have sent 3 e-mails and have had no response! Please save your money and use someone else more reliable.

Ordered flowers on V day at 3:30pm and they arrived at 10:30pm that night. It was supposed to be by 6pm but I wasn't too bothered that they were passed that. Beautiful roses and they are still looking lovely 10 days later. Shame this delivery service has such bad reviews, they were fine for me :)

Ordered on a Sunday, flowers arrived on the very same day in the afternoon with the request note, handwritten! Beautiful flowers, fast delivery even on a Sunday . Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I ordered a delivery to one of London's hospital to reach on New Year's day and till now I have got no idea whether the order took place or not, I tried calling customer service it goes to an automatic voice message. But they were keen to take the payment upfront and monies
please be aware and don't waste your time and money with them they are real cheaters in the market
we are sending with love and feelings but these guys have no courtesy even to give an update on my order nor refund my monies pure Idiots

Avoid like the plague! I order some flowers for delivery on mothers day. Unfortuately they did not turn up until 10 pm at night (they where delivered by taxi).
I ordered a deluxe bouquet, however I received a small bunch of flower, not what I order.
Disgraceful.

I ordered some flowers just before 3.30pm and they were delivered at 6.41pm on the same day. I can't deny that other reviewers had an opposite experience but maybe the company has listened to and learned from their customers' feedback or they had more time to deal with fewer orders during lockdown. Unlike other customers, I did receive a confirmation email for the order, when it was being processed, tracking option and even a confirmation that the bouquet was delivered, the exact time and the name of the delivery driver. My friend received the flowers on time for her birthday and found them stunning. The only thing was the pictures she took of the bouquet showed some pink and red roses but online the roses were yellow; but as long as my friend was happy on her Birthday, that's all that matters. Absolutely shocking. I ordered flowers for same day delivery, which didn't happen. The order was marked as accepted but no other updates have been provided. I've now called twenty times and emailed three times and haven't even had the courtesy of a rey.
This is clearly a scam. Do not use.

Absolutely disgraced by the service of this place!!! Feel like my money has been stolen!!!
I wanted to order same day delivery flowers to someone not feeling very well. At first i thought the site looked great. I order the flowers and upon payment, i got an error message. I checked my account and the money had been taken, but i had no confirmation email and no order number.
I tried filling out their contact form, but after no reply after an hour or 2, i decided to try and call the number on their website. I got no answer, it just rang continuously until i got to an answer phone message. And i couldn't even leave a message because the message box was too full!!!
i have even tried to search their website for a direct email address, but having difficulty finding one!
Now I'm sitting here wondering if the flowers are even going to get delivered or if I'm even going to get my money back!
This is absolutely diabolical and i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, purely based of their customer care alone.

Scam artists. Paid for same day delivery, large beautiful bouquet. They delivered late evening the next day, a different bouquet that was small and not what I ordered, and without the card! And that is after I had to call all different phone numbers I could find all day. My order was not showing up in my account and no one answered my emails. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

My boyfriend ordered flowers for valentine's that were not delivered on the day. I didn't know and thought he forgot about me. We had a fight and ended the relationship. On the 15th Feb I receive a call from the company saying that they haven't delivered the flowers because the driver ran late. I told them what happened because I didn't receive the flowers and the caller said that they were just flowers. I said not just flowers because it's the intention, the gesture and the message.
Note to the company review your staff: someone that sells flowers that says to a client (after being on the wrong for not delivering flowers) they are just flowers! Should be selling something else! Flowers are a luxury you're right! Absolutely dispensable. So why buy them?!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Omg. I wish I checked on here first. The reviews here support my complaint with them. I was expecting my order to be delivered on same day as their site suggests. Wasnt till next day that I found out it hadn't arrived. After numerous emails and phone calls, I managed to get a hold of someone 2 days later. He said my order was out of their catchment area for the same day delivery but advised that they would upgrade my order and it will be delivered the next day. But as courtesy surely you would contact the customer to tell them that the order wouldnt be there for same day. Anyway, order eventually arrived 4 days later. Disappointed is a understatement. Flowers were practically dead the following morning and no way was it a upgrade. I have emailed them and tried contacting them several times. I am livid. S**t company. Dont even waste tour time or money with them.

This company claim to deliver to all of LONDON, but check which areas they consider to be London, because they refused my delivery after it was too late to go to another company.
They only deliver to certain postcodes in London. Mine was literally the first street in Lewisham borough, but because of the postcode, they decided it wasn't in London, cancelling the order so late there was no time to go to a different company.
