Omg. I love this little farm. This National Trust property with campsite, is located about five miles north of Brighton, right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, along the South Downs Way and a stone's throw from Devil's Dyke

Nice for a walk in the country, get away from stench of artisan coffee and beard oil in the lanes.

Love Saddlescombe Farm! You can get local delivery of Lamb, and they supply lots of local Butchers. Enjoy the Wild Flower Cafe when it's open too. Cold drinks, ice creams, breakfast and lunches. Friendly staff. There's also an informative 'info barn' that tells you about the history of the farm and area, free access.

Lovely walking area with great views. Lots of docile cattle so some sections are quite muddy.

It's a pleasure to be outside. I missed seeing the lambing as I always have a dog with me when I visit there. The Wildflower Cafe is a super place to grab a bite, the homemade cakes are delicious. Don't be put off that it's a caravan.

Lovely farm, takes 45 minutes or so to walk around it. It has a cute outdoor cafe in spring until late autumn. Fun for our toddler although he was a little scared of the huge cows.

Lovely farm and a great place to see lambs being born. The lamb burgers being cooked on site is an eye opener. But good to be honest about where our food is coming from.

Beautiful camp spot. Could maybe do with an undercover seating/cooking area for campers, but other than that was perfect for a single night stop over on the South Downs Way.

Very basic campsite, haven't been since new owners have taken over however its a nice location for a night stop over. But be aware facilities are very basic and it's very hard to find a flat area to camp!

A neat working farm in a beautiful downland setting, where the pace of life is slower. A visit during the springtime us recommended.
