A great main dealer experience. The service department were very easy to deal with and explained all options available. Pricing was far better than expected and both times the car was in it received a complimentary wash and vac. Would certainly recommend.

Without doubt the Sales team are great. Friendly, patient and willing are three words I would use. Without doubt the Service team are rubbish. Be warned you will be given a time slot and if 5 minutes late you will be sent to the naughty corner for 30 minutes. Their technicians cost £100 p/hr so we were told and cannot afford to be kept waiting. Servicing could be expensive if based on the reasoning made and if out of warranty.

After visiting several car showrooms, this was by far the worst. While the individual who looked after us was very pleasant, she was unable to to her job by an overbearing franchise manager and patronising sales manager.
The sales manager talked down to us and had a bullish sales approach. We left that garage and on the way home purchased a car outright.
Don't fall for their sales approach, you'll get a much better deal elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. After spending £2000 on breaks and service in August they failed to sort out a trim with rust that was under warranty. They told us it was sorted when it wasn’t. We spent 3 months chasing them and Fiat. Customer service in Fiat was responsive and gave the parts for free. PDH apologised for the delays but never called us back and after 3 months of messing us around refused to give labour for free even if it was just £80!! Unbelievable... to top it all the guy in service hung up the phone on me! Don’t use them!!

Brilliant all round! The changes they have made to the showroom due to social distancing made me feel very comfortable. I booked a 24 hour test drive and was very confident with the safety measures and reassurance they provided. Andrew the sales manager is a total diamond... he listened to my needs and concerns and provided great solutions by going above and beyond. There was no hard sell at all which you would usually expect from any sales person especially during this slow down due to Covid-19 and this approach will see my buying my next car from them.

I called today to PDH in regards a part number the 1st person said the person from parts is at lunch to call after 1. Called at 2:00pm a lovely lady answered and I explained if possible to offer me the part no for the gearbox as I had a problem and I'm looking to buy a second hand one as I don't have money for a brand new one and there are 2 models and if she could check for me in the system. She obviously started to saying she can't do it , then is against policy ,then before hanging she said " we lose business if I give you the part number ".... so this is how low people get this days ? They lose business for offering a advice towards a part of their car... so definitely this never happened on BMW or KIA. Good luck with your business to work exactly as you helping people when in need.

Excellent experience at PDH, this is my third car from them. They have always been very helpful when buying and looking after my car.
Andy, the Sales Manager took time to explain all the finance options available to me and managed to get me a new car for less than I was paying each month for my old one.
I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never met a company that cares less about it's customers after you have made a purchase. The sales team are brilliant and polite hence the lack of a 1 star rating. Nothing is too much trouble. However this is where the excellence ends. So by all means buy a car from them you will enjoy that experience. Just take it somewhere else for servicing/warranty work. I hear Monza Sport are good. Reckon I will give them a try.

I have just bought a Fiat 500X from the lovely Joshua. He is not only polite and helpful, he also has wonderful knowledge of the cars. When I collected my car, which was beautifully cleaned (thank you guys) he ran through all the gadgets on my car with great knowledge, nothing was too much trouble. I have since purchased some accessories for my car and spoke with Paul who accommodated all my queries and was very helpful. It has made the whole experience of buying a new car a pleasure and I am so happy with my Fiat 500X. I would definitely recommend PDH Cars Ltd.

Staff were welcoming and helpful from the very beginning, and had the appropriate knowledge to help me find the perfect car. All the cars on the forecourt were very clean, at extremely high quality and with great prices. The dealer was easy to contact by phone, and receptionists were always happy to help with any problems or concerns. The showroom was spotless and always had someone there to help when needed. Overall a brilliant place that I would happily go back to any day!

Not good. Have a problem with my car. Took it in and still not fixed. Paying money to cure and rectify the problem is not an issue for me (apparently it’s still under warranty too). Was expecting better service. Guess I’ll just pay someone else to fix it.

Ordered a car here coming in the new year. Great staff here. No pressure at all on my decision, we’re more than happy with me taking a second test drive after going away unsure, at which point, they explained the terms of my contract and I literally had to insist that they take my full deposit up front. Showroom was clean and well organised, location is easy to get to.

Only went in for a browse of the new Giulia. I was greeted when I entered the showroom and I explained I was only having a look around. The 2 members of staff who was there were both polite and helpful and took time to talk to me as they was not busy at this point. The new Giulia definitely looks better in the flesh and left me positively surprised by the car and the helpfulness of the staff.

I used to use PDH Cars, but the prices for a Service £299 /£399 are Extortionate. Go to Tates in Hove, they do a far better job at 40% reduction on this cost!! I will never use PDH Cars again. Rip Off
