PDH CARS LTD is the most horrendous dealer experience i have ever had the misfortune to endure, the excuses Duncan Armstrong gives are at first just gob-smacking and at worst insulting, he has total contempt for customers just look at the review rating and seems to treat them like cash cows ready to be conned and thats before i get to the service team and technicians well laughable comes to mind concerning is another, They have absolutely no concept or idea of what customer service is - PDH HERES A CLUE Customers are the ones that PAY YOUR WAGES YOU KNOW THE ONES YOU SLAG OFF WHILST OTHERS ARE SITTING WAITING IN YOUR SERVICE AREA to hear yet more fantastical excuses from the service team and MD. NO CUSTOMERS = NO BUSINESS if you must slag off customers make sure there are no others around. They failed to carry out the work correctly handing back the car with most of the supposed repairs not actioned but still charged me mind blowing rates it wasn't cheap and they obviously were not expecting me to check what they hadn't done, so you leave the leak not repaired and the water in place and expect that i wont notice, and of course not forgetting the extra damage and noises you gave me after your non repair that must have been an added extra or bonus. Back went the car and this is where the excuses start : my car is old 7 yrs - but yet Duncan you say its a future classic and collectors car - so what is it make your mind up by definition a classic is old. the roof fabric is deformed and stretched / the chassis could be or is twisted thats why the roof does not fit or sit properly so you'll probably need a new roof but that may not resolve the problem, interestingly then it does now fit correctly a proper mechanic has resolved the problem. then comes the excuses from him the car is not for daily use the car is for weekends the car is for people who have thousands of pounds to spend on repairs the car is really a collectors car . And then i get the technicians response to the repairs he could not find the leak he advised i may need to buy a car cover to stop the car leaking if you park it outside , he and colleagues also thought a new roof costing 8k was funny and this nugget of incompetence your car is in the workshop in bits (roof) and i dont know what i am doing with it and also on pre 2012 models, we dont get support from ALFA ROMEO. However i can get ALFA down but you the customer has to pay for PDH CARS incompetence absolutely amazing i could not believe what i was being told. Enter Duncan Armstrong and the previous excuses i am sure there were others and insinuations about my wealth status. he was charming at first and assured me yes i had brought my car to the right place despite the issues, i felt reassured at first but then i wanted answers not excuses so i pushed him and his true colours come out. Bully is the polite word others i could say but will refrain. i was left with the roof not working correctly the bracket hanging off and their denial to assist but hey they were more than happy to charge me for their continued assistance despite PDH causing the new damage and then ignored my emails and left me to sort out the repairs myself. If you value your sanity and your wallet please stay well away from these cowboys their total contempt and lack of customer service is staggering. The way they represent ALFA ROMEO is disgusting and actually quite embarrassing, this dealer should be stripped of the FCA GROUP franchises ASAP. i am not the only one complaining ABOUT THIS DEALER how many are there that dont post reviews but just walk away and think never ever again. I HOPE YOU GET AN IDEA OF WHAT YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER JOURNEY COULD BE LIKE. SORRY ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH IT SHOULD BE ZERO. UPDATE - NO Duncan i will not contact you to be lectured and lied to, if your so concerned by these reviews why dont you call the reviewers as your past customers you have our numbers.

I have a Motability Fiat 500L which has been having electrical and tyre pressure problems. It has been back to PDH Hassocks 3 times for these and each time they have claimed it has been fixed. It is currently with them for a 4th time for the same problem - have no faith in their service department at all.
