1. Website is intuitive enough for ease of browsing the products but checkout could benefit from additional payment method like PayPal.
2. Goat meat as it should be; fresh,delicious melt-in-mouth meat. Last I tasted goat meat this good was 15 years ago.
3. Order arrived within the advised timescale although a quarter of the freezing agent was thawed and spilling. I've ordered from other farms that insulated with wool which kept the product ice-cold.
4. Would I buy again?Most definitely. Would I recommend?Already did with word of mouth and experience of taste. Placed her order on the spot.

Excellent service, well packaged and delivered. First taste of goat chops and it was our fault we overcooked them but they were still very tasty and juicy. Have got mutton to try and so far would say I will order again.

Excellent goat meat. Best ever tasted in the UK. What is sold in Asian meat shops as goat meat is rubbish compared to the meat delivered by Chestnut Meats. Excellent packaging, fresh and tender goat leg securely delivered . Will keep buying and encourage family and friends to buy too.

The meat was good value.

Found Chestnut Meats as I was looking for goat meat to make Jamaican curried goat. Decided to spend just over £100 in order to get free delivery. Meat delivered beautifully packaged in individual bags, as I had ordered a mix of leg, neck and value pieces. This made it easy for me to repack for my freezer. And now for the actual tasting. Cooked a curried goat today in my slow cooker and it was divine if I say so myself! Enjoyed immensely and will definitely be ordering again from Chestnut. Saving a couple packs of the meat to introduce in a curried goat feast to my besties once we are out of lock down. I can highly recommend goat meat from Chestnut.

Called up to ask if they could cut the meat required into 3 inch pieces was told to go to the website and place the order and to leave a comment on the order and this would be complete. selected the meat required (on drop down showed as 1 inch peices as i had mentioned to the individual on the call ) left the comment as told and received the order in 1 inch peices which i was unable to use . delivery was good.

I have used the company a couple of times. All I can say is they have great communication. They let you know when the item is despatched and the courier company gives you a window for delivery which is great. The products them self are of great quality just recently roasted my goat which was absolutely delicious.
