Will never use this carpark again. Queues all the way to the top of the carpark again on a Saturday afternoon because both barriers wouldn't accept any tickets and nobody working for NCP was there to help. Total chaos.

It has 2 level for car parking, it is free parking only if you paying in shopping area for that parking, for example Tesco, sport direct, muffin break, and argos etc. It has a disabled parking on top. There is also a system when car park is full and if it full you can't enter the car park until there is a space available.

reasonable city centre parking rates. Easy to use ticketless system in operation. Handy tip take a photo of your registration before you leave your car if your not very good at remembering it you will need it to pay in the ground level before leaving the car park.

The ticket less barrier system is brilliant, it just reads your number plate. The width of the spaces are ridiculously tight and as cars become ever bigger, unfortunately the car parks do not!! So remember to let your passenger out Before you squeeze it in. Clean and tidy.

Spent 30 mins trying to get out because my ticket was faulty - quite a queue built up because other customers were having problems as well! Cheers NCP????
Before leaving negative reviews like this I always try to speak to head office to avoid negatives .... no luck with NCP - this is a really bad car park near me in Loughborough

My choice of parking in Loughborough. It is right near shops. It is average prices for parking nowadays. Machines are now installed so you can pay at the end of your shopping trip to save having to keep going back to your car to put extra time on your car and saved worrying about getting a fine for overstaying. There is usually no parking on lower levels at busier times but generally the very top has spaces . There is a customer lift down to shops.

Great place to park in town and very convenient. I must admit though it is annoying when you miss to come out by 1min and you have to pay again at the exit. It should have a 10 mins leeway window that all car parks normally have. Most of the times I get delayed due to traffic within the car park.

I thought the cost of parking here was quite pricey, £3.10 for 2 hours. You can get 2 hours free parking if you spend a minimum of £10 in Tesco.

A decent car park done on number plate recognition, no ticket required you just put your numberplate in the payment on each level and when you come ro drive out the camera reads your registration and let's you out.

Secure central parking but not much room between cars. Well lit. Good access to central Loughborough. A bit pricey but some ticket reimbursement if you shop at Tesco and have the ticket endorsed.

One of the expensive places to park in Loughborough and it's not customer friendly. If for any reason you want to exist immediately after entry, you'll still need to pay for that hour. However, it's right under tesco and very close to other retail shops in the rushes. Some of the retail shops like Tesco and M&S offer free parking when you patronize them.

Very convenient car park if your visiting the rushes in Loughborough.
Top tip. M&S only require a £5 shop for free parking! Tesco require you to have spent £10 before they clear your card.

This car park can get very full at times. You may have to drive around to find a place to park. It is convenient for shopping at the rushes Tesco argos tk max ect there is no clear signs of where the exit is once your in there.
