Absolute rip off, well done NCP for contributing to the decline of the city centre by your cartel style of parking fee. I arrived at 7am and left at 5pm, £22.30, that's the fee for 24 hours.

Exceptionally tight. Had to double take every ramp. Avoid unless you are in a very small car with a tight turning circle and don't care about your alloys! Almost did not make it out. Some of the exit ramps are nearly impossible in a large car.

Worst car park I have ever parked in! Extremely narrow to the point where I was surprised that I got back down in one piece. Would never park here again there are plenty of smaller ones closer that charge £4 for 4 hours instead of £12 too.

Tou drive anticlockwise around, rather than clockwise, and it costs a fortune!! £22.50 for a days parking! I have another carpark now that charges 4.75 for the day.. now I know why it was empty! I wont visiting again

Helpfully located car park, ticket required to enter the stairwell adding security and comfort for visitors. Quite pricey but it is very handy for the rugby ground and offices on the outskirts of town.

Worst car park I have ever been in. The ramps to each level were too tight and hard to negotiate. If you think the journey up the car park is difficult, the way out is even worse. Only suitable for a fiat 500 or a mini. Anything bigger is impossible.

Very expensive, cost me £8.50 to park for 1 hr 55 mins. Also dented my fiat 500 on the way out as the ramps are so narrow and small with very little turning space. Will never be returning to this car park. If you want a cheaper alternative I would recommend Garden Street - £4 for the day and not as small!!!

Old style multistory carpark. The ramps and spaces are very narrow. I won't be using it again with my long estate car - too cramped. BTW the staff were great - very helpful.

Don’t even try to park here if you have an SUV or family sized car. Spaces are too tight. You can easily damage your car in this car park if you are not careful. I was using the Bannatyne health spa, but next time will use the car park across the road and walk

Very expensive - a 3hr stay cost me £12. Up and Down Ramps are extremely narrow with very tight turns. No pedestrian walkway from the upper storeys to get you down to the street exit.

Stairwells stink of pee and weed. As with all NCPs they are quite happy to take the money but provide zero security, they are dirty and run down.
Update, having installed security doors (you need a ticket to get in) things have improved, no weed or wee.

Horrible, packed, tight and expensive parking. Never again. 4 pounds i paid for just driving around it and then finding very tight spot that the passanger had to come out from the outside. Didnt like it so drove to the other parking. Theres many cheaper parkings around, would not recommend to anyone.

Probably the dirtiest place in Leicester, people shooting up, stairwell sinks daily of piss and new "security" door is always unlocked. If I didn't get free parking there I wouldn't use it, and even free is expensive!!
