This is our vets and on Saturday 18/01/2020 our older dog was unable to get up the stairs to the vets 4 pets at Chilwell so the vet came down the stairs and sorted out our dog out the staff here are excellent....

The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't have been sweeter with my kitten. They offered practical advice and information and were surprisingly not pushing their own brands, goods or services. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to pet owners.

Couldn't recommend Sophie enough, my elderly dog was seen by her, she was very helpful and caring not only to her but to myself, unfortunately 3m later we had to put my girl to sleep, Sophie was lovely, explained everything, my son stayed with her and she made an awful time alot more comforting. Thankyou
