Terrible customer service, constantly on hold to get even the most fundamental of answers. They can’t even explain as to why my end of day report doesn’t match up with my cash up. Reporting terrible, follow up service terrible, no senior manager available to talk to. They haven’t even got a support team to send to site when you have issues! So so bad, avoid at all costs.

No monthly charger, commission is becoming low and low as my sales have been increasing , the App is so easy to use and access to all your sales for the day via their very smart App, customer service is amazing 10 out 10. they are now offering me cash loan with easy re payment plan the only thing is i wish their Fee (commission) was slightly better.... but Cecilia Ingelhammar was amazing in explaining everything and the benefits , she was so patient with me when i asked questions.... i have also recommended them to a number of friends... keep us the good work iZettel...

So I was using iZettle for about 5 months using as an invoice only platform. They started asking weird questions in a "security policy" I am a small business owner that is building a client base. I have been running a businesa while working a full time job so slow growth is inevitable. Not happy with the answers they withheld payments into my business account, (anyone who has a business account understands that charges are high when you go overdrawn so needless to say my bank took a hit) However they did not tell me that they had blocked the account and I had to chase them why no payments were coming in. My account is now blocked and I have been told I cant use them any more. Never in my life have I come across a business FOR SMALL BUSINESSES that have royally screwed me over. The explanation they gave was IN SWEDISH! and still cant give a straight answer why they stopped my account. I dont speak swedish. SHAME ON YOU......ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I Zettle generally works well. There are issues at certain points of the day with connection. Yesterday I couldn't get the machine to make the payment, the customer's bank in the USA charged her 3 times for the same payment. It showed once on I zettle receipts. I am now on hold for 34 minutes on Monday morning, so I can explain this better to the customer. The constant "we are really sorry to keep you waiting" Robot , at this point, i would like to strangle. I have work to do but am stuck here on hold. I must call my customer to try and explain this to her, what to do... better customer service is ESSENTIAL I Zettle. Sort it out.

Opened an account for me, then after a couple of transactions, they decided to find out a bit about their new client, realising I am in an industry they do not support, and then closed my account. So for me, it was just a waste of time and effort setting it up. Now need to return card reader and get money back. Should have done due diligence from outset. Poor customer services experience for me. The bloke on the phone when I finally got through is a complete misery.

The worst customer service and product I've ever come across. I've never written an on line review about anything but felt compelled to. I put 2 transactions through, they then froze my account, kept the money and emailed me telling me my account was on hold for 120 days...I could refund the customer however which I duly did. I called a number of times, total waste of time. Do not use this company.

Issues with payment deposit emails no longer being sent for two weeks now. Izettle support unable to resolve problem and say that their IT department does not speak to customers Poor service Think twice before committing to izettle No one seems to care you are left feeling abandoned

Worst company ever. No customer service at all. Machines last 5 minutes. we have been open a year and have had to replace all machines at least 3 times. Never get hold of anyone, and when you do they are generally rude and patronising. Just don't bother with them, get your merchant facilities through another company.

Izettle have overcharged me by almost £1000. Avoid this company - they have no customer service. I have spoken to their telephone support people about 20 times over the last few months who always agree on the error and say that they have to talk to their manager and call me back. I have also had emails from their customer service people saying the same thing.

They took my money, sent the card reader to the wrong address and, now 3 week later, I have still not received it. Currently sitting in a telephone queue for over 30 minutes to their helpdesk and they have still not answered.

Having had to speak to iZettle's support team twice today (about two different problems), I found that both of the people I spoke to were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Although I am a new customer, I know that the card reader works well as my partner has one, which I have 'borrowed' in the past.

They are so unprofessional. Customer service almost zero THINK TWICE BEFORE OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHIT THEM They block your account improvsilly and not giving any reason Happned to me and lost the money that I paid for the card reader. When you ask explanation about the reson they say they can't provide the reson for privacy reasons Also the fees are very very high

We have been using izettle for the past 15 months. Easy to use portal, great customer service and support and have always been good to our business. I dont know why others have rated them low as we have nothing but praise for izettle. We now have 3 card machines and everything works superb. Keep up the good work

Horrific to use, no customer service at all, you cant find a contact number to speak with anyone and after sending 6 emails i have received no response. The Izettle payment machine is very poor and continuously shows payments as declined, but then the payments have been taken so i found myself taking 4 payments of 1 client which amounted to a huge amount of money which was taken from 1 payment. This always happens. Very poor service from both the equipment and the "customer Care" which i have yet to even have. If your looking to use this for clients DONT! get them to make bank transfer.

Really terrible customer service , full of lies and excuses , when asked if i could speak with a manage i was furnished with lie after lie and eventually was hung up on , when i called back i was hung up on again ...the reason for was call was because they have been over charging on my transaction fee's , 1.75 % in stead of 1.25 % as agreed , no one seemed to be concerned ,next stop is the Ombudsman
