My family and I lived in a SP Property managed home for a year in London. This was a very pleasant stay. The team is extremely professional and detail oriented.
Our property onboarding as well as departure were very smooth. We had to relocate during these chaotic times and it just made it even clearer how some of the team members, such as Noel and Beatriz will go every step to ensure an incredible service.
We wish this team good luck and highly recommend their services!

I’d like to truly thank Fay Shakery at SP for managing the flat so professionally, and for her kind availability every time is needed. With her positive and considerate approach, Fay looks at solving any situation promptly before it could become an issue. I am truly grateful for the help I received from Fay Shakeri at SP Property Group! Fay went to great lengths to help me negotiate with my landlady so I could stay in my apartment during CV19 lockdown. If it had not been for Fay, I do not know if I would have been able to stay in my apartment. Fay works with empathy at heart, making her a real asset for SP Property Group. I have rarely come across someone who are able to make both landlords and tenants feel both comfortable and happy. Thank you Fay!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Amy on the relocation side of the business and Beatriz on the home settlement side.
On both sides clients expectations were high and Amy made sure that all their demands were met as well as delivered on time.
The list of what needed to be completed in a short amount of time seemed endless - but again done in a timely manner as well as to an extremely high standard.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you both and SP Property.

Completely fabulous property management. As a renter, you're dependent on your property managers – and SP are just brilliantly responsive, totally professional, super-helpful, and just great folks to have taking care of everything flat-related for you. Every maintenance issue I've had has been sorted quickly, thoroughly, and faultlessly – even a tricky one that took multiple contractors, perseverance, and going above and beyond the normal call. Also super-nice people. Can't recommend enough.

I Could not have asked for more! Used SP Property to buy my first home here in London. The whole team have been thorough, thoughtful, attentive, understanding and has your best interests at heart. I did not have to lift a finger throughout the process which was handy as I was starting a new job and did not have time to play with. Viewings arrange, qualifying properties, negotiations, moving in and bill set up all taken care of. 10 out of 10 for to the whole team, I would not hesitate to use SP Property again for a future purchase.

We had an amazing experience with SP Property group during our stay at 55 Victoria street. They were super helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Things were handled very quickly and professionally. They were super-helpful when we had to move unexpectedly from one flat to another in VS55. We highly recommend SP Property group!

Someone in this organization is thick af or incredibly lazy. They do not read my message but copy and paste a message with three phone numbers and asking of I want to arrange a view. I never asked for anything like that. My question was completely unrelated to any views.

Would not recommend the Property Management service offered by SP Property Group. The central London flat we just rented off their portfolio was affected by unaddressed maintenance issues, inadequate cleanliness and clothes moth infestation. Their lack of responsiveness to these urgent matters caused large inconvenience: after four weeks these problems have not been solved yet!

I would highly recommend SP Property group if you are relocating to London. They provide personalized and high quality work.
Amy was our relocation agent and she was amazing! She managed our expectations at the beginning but also took the time to understand our needs and interests. Therefore the search was very efficient and all properties that she showed us made sense.
Amy took her work personal and also went the extra mile - she was extremely responsive, always looked out for our interest and was very professional when overcoming some roadblocks we had. Overall an extremely good experience with SP Property Group! Bravo!!

My wife and I are returning to the UK for a month-long visit and we contacted Jo at Sourcing Property to assist in locating a short-let flat. After giving her our budget, location and property preferences, Jo's team did an amazing amount of research and came back to us with an extensive list of available properties within a matter of days.
We selected one very close to where we used to live and Jo's team was helpful in quickly negotiating and securing the flat for us. We highly recommend Sourcing Property and will definitely use them again for our next visit.

Have been provided with SP Property Group on two occasions for company relocation. On both occasions they have demonstrated their great strength is an authentic personalised service, they listen to the needs and are quick to soak up who you are and what matters to you, they really care about getting it right in a city where some many others don't and then they bring their combined knowledge of the London property sector to delivering exactly what is needed. Our single point of contact, was unrelenting in making sure our property search and then our move in went as smoothly as possible. In a way that shows some real old fashioned values, they have kept in touch and helped sort out little teething matters long after the service paid for was complete. I have no hesitation in recommending the team.
