The food is pretty nice, but the mojito that I ordered it didn't tasted as a mojito. Mostly it reminded me the one I usually buy from the market in a tin.

Second time coming into fabulous Bella Italia and OH MY Goodness???? The Christmas decorations really made the atmosphere feel special.
Started with the Garlic Dough bites, and each taste was terrific. 10/10
Next, I had Carbonara but replaced the Pork with mushrooms since I'm a veggie. The pasta was perfectly cooked, mushrooms were just right...not too hard and not too soft. 10/10 again.
Finally, I finished off with the Apricot Cheesecake, which was out of this world, rich flavours, it melted lovely in your mouth. 10/10. If my meal was a person, it would be Michael B Jordan cause it was STUNNING.
The staff was lovely and kind as usual. Definitely would come again.

Great food, great service, polite staff - cannot fault it. Laura and every other staff member were absolutely flawless and made both of mine and my boyfriends visits an incredible dining experience. They were especially helpful with the Gluten Free options as I suffer from Coeliac disease. Will definitely be coming back for a fourth time! Quaint restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, all round amazing experience. Definitely the best restaurant for gluten free pizza in my opinion.

I loved this place, the food was amazing and the staff so polite and helpful. We felt right at home and with Covid it was really nice to be in a place that was not crowded and people well spaced out and the staff all wearing their mask at all times.
Would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.
Oh just writing this reminds me if my food which by the way they were only so kind to amend for me _ I am a very fussy eater and always change things around in the menu but the staff had no issues with this and in fact were giving me idea. They were packed the leftovers for me :-) Love it!!!

The best Bella Italia of them all! I've been to many Bella's over the years and none compare to Brighton Market Street. As well as providing tasty food at reasonable prices, this restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff. It's rare to see a chain restaurant have it's own personality and character.

Had a great evening in Bella Italia!! After not realising that you could book during Covid, the staff in Bella Italia were extremely honest and accommodating. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, which it was!! They made sure that we were okay waiting outside. Once we got a seat, sorted out our every need. Good food with friendly service to match.

I'm not normally a fan of restaurant chains, but this place is lovely, cosy and friendly. The food was delicious and the staff are super-friendly and chatty. It's good to see that they are sticking to the new restrictions without loosing that homely atmosphere It feels like a real Italian eatery. Will definitely eat here next time I am in Brighton.

Delicious meals which hit the spot. I ordered the vegan meatball spaghetti which was cooked just right. My partner and I were treated to a very warm welcome by the staff. I'd like to give a special shout out to our brilliant waiter Soltan, who offered fantastic service.

Wonderful meal with my son who enjoyed all of his 3 course junior menu and half of my meal also; letting me know how tasty it was as i saw it dissappear from my plate. The service from the young waitress was impressive also, promptly anticipating when we needed anything ???? ????

Went here last night with my partner and enjoyed the evening set menu, great social distancing measures, our server was very friendly and attentive, and the manager on the door was very helpful and bubbly which is nice as the last time I was in a woman was giving him grief for following covid guidelines and not allowing a table of seven in. Great food, cocktails, service and covid measures

We came for dinner as a hen party. We booked in advance & the restaurant and staff were very accommodating. They decorated our table fabulously without us requesting this, staff were so helpful and polite. Food was good. Would recommend ????

Food was decent (although lacking meat - barely any in lasagna or pasta). Drinks were not amazing, too sweet. Staff was fine, service was slow. I would now be at three stars, but I'll remove one more because the toilets stank awfully - almost making you throw up after eating (they weren't too dirty, but the smell was unbearable)

My husband and I called in late Friday afternoon and were made to feel welcome and offered a corner away from the door!
We liked the restaurant's atmosphere but I was very disappointed with my bean burger and fries. The burger filling cooled down very quickly and the fries served in a wire basket could have been more plentiful!
I felt the price was rather high and a fairer price £1.50 lower!
A plus was the Tiramisu and the red wine!!!

Bella Italia!! Go to market street!!! We’re here for partners birthday, absolutely amazing food, service and company!! Very friendly lively atmosphere and polite welcoming servers! Definitely recommend market street in the lanes to the other Bella in Brighton, as the other Bella have reduced their menu dramatically! Extremely happy!!
