Every pizza I’ve had from here has been perfect. The pizzas have an authentic base, real Italian delicious toppings. I usually take my pizza home to eat since I live nearby, but the atmosphere inside is welcoming and intimate. The owner is very friendly and chatty too.

Lived years ago on Waterloo street, and when they opened I went there several times a week. Absolutely the best pizza in Brighton/Hove.

Horrific. I called directly and ordered a standard pizza off the menu. No tuna. Plus the rice arancini balls.
Came 50mins later (on a Mon evening!). With tuna on. With just one arancini ball. One! for like £4, plonked on the pizza. No box etc.
I called and he didnt apologise genuinely. Made another pizza and it arrived 40mins later & was burnt. On top of that the delivery guy got lost and just chuckled when it finally arrived. £14 for that. I’ll be posting this review everywhere. Shame as it used to be good.

Great food and great price. Very traditional italian and one person doing ALL the work on his own and doing a great job of it! While we were in there, it seemed to be all repeat regular visitors which is a good sign!

We ordered 4 pizza on Monday to eat in a park after walking by and smelling the most amazing things it made us all hungry. We were not disappointed. The taste was fantastic, and when they say authentic ingredients, it's true. The guy I spoke to was true Italian and a pleasure to meet.

We had an amazing time at the restaurant. We came quite late so we had no problem to get a table at all. The owner and the waiter were super friendly and authentic. The pizza was really delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely worth the 20 minutes walk from Brighton city center.

Fantastic food at a decent price! Would definitely recommend the gnocchi - the calzone was nice too. Don't be put off by the exterior, and if you're looking for a table they get busy and on a Friday evening around 8pm so booking is advisable!

The menu states Free Home Delivery over £10. We were told over the phone that this no longer applies, so agreed to pay the £3 delivery charge. When they arrived (on foot) it was apparent that they had been carried vertically for most of the journey. The sloppy pizza was half it’s intended size with the toppings collected on the side of the box. When we rang to complain, we were met with no apology, just begrudgingly told that they would send replacement pizzas. Very average pizzas and rude employees. You don’t need to eat here with the many other places available in Brighton. Avoid

Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in Brighton. Such a shame that it’s so hidden and unassuming in appearance. Have ordered a few times before but me and my friend decided to visit the restaurant tonight because I’d enjoyed it so much. This place deserves a lot more hype than it gets.

Small friendly Italian speaking pizza place. Excellent pizzas. My Boscaiola was tasty and well filled. Stuart's vegetarian also good. Even the glass of house red wine was decent , although curiously I couldn't find it on the menu or wine list. Cost £24 including wine and side salad.

Excellent authentic food. We went here after attending the comedy club across the road. The restaurant owner kindly kept the place open late for us. He made some recommendations on what to eat, all of which were authentic Italian options. Probably the nicest pizza I’ve ever had coupled with superb personal service.

If you want some really nice food if you're local in Brighton. Do not miss out. This place is awesome for food and very traditional. Be prepared to wait if you haven't booked a table. But turn around is very quick. Mmmmm Piizzzzzaaaaaa

Absolutely delicious pizza! It’s a tiny venue with only a couple of seats but the pizzas were outstanding. We’ve had a lovely chat with the chef and he recommended some really nice red wine. Would definitely go again.

By far, the best pizza in the area. I have lived myself in Italy for a couple of years, my partner is italian, and again, best pizza by far!!! Great service, great wine and the freshest ingredients combine into a great culinary experience for a very decent price!!!!

This place is the best pizza in all of Brighton and Hove and if you think I'm wrong then there's something wrong with your taste buds. Nino is so passionate about his food it's a joy just to even be in Pronto. Always, always ask what the special is and then get it. He imposts all his ingredients for Sardinia and other Italian places. I promise you, once you go Pronto you'll never go Fatto/VIP/Morelli/500 etc again

The chef is passionate but he needs someone else to help run the place. There was another guy but he wasn't doing much, maybe it was his first day!?
The dishes were ok, nothing mind blowing. The burrata salad didnt have basil as described but rocket instead - never seen that before. So a bit disappointed with the lack of flavour. Pizza was the best dish we had.

Very rude to Deliveroo cyclists collecting food for customers.
Upon arrival he hasn't finished making the pizzas (food is supposed to be ready when we arrive, we're not paid to stand around but by delivery), then he gets them out the oven, puts them in the boxes, gets me to come over and says "look at these pizzas, they look great right", I agree, then he says "Well, you are a cyclist so they will not when they reach the customer, and if that happens Deliveroo will pay not me!". I reassure him I will keep the pizzas horizontal.
Even though I reassured the restaurant owner I'd keep the pizzas horizontal, he called the customer and said he "didn't like the way I was handling his food", so at the customers place I opened the thermal bag, steam billowed out because it was still piping hot, then I passed him the pizza boxes to inspect them and they looked fantastic.
Have some faith, delivering is our job!

Nobody makes pizza in Brighton as Nino does!
The dough is the thin one and the ingredients are fresh and genuine. If you can find a table available sit and have a pizza in the shop. You won't regret it. Otherwise take it away or have it delivered.

Most people say you get what you pay for, but this isn’t the case, here the pizza is cheap but magnificently amazing, I myself travel the world trying out pizza wherever I can find, and no one, I mean absolutely no one makes pizza like nino who also is one of the greatest men I have ever meet in my life, a very friendly and honest man, this is actually the first time I give 5 stars to any place and why? The pizza is awesome, the restaurant is clean, the staff are good and treat you very well, the location isn’t dodgy, simply it’s 10 out of 10

THE BEST PIZZA IN BRIGHTON!!!
I had their food multiple times and I always felt like taken to Italy.
I celebrated my birthday last Sunday and I could not ask more regarding food and atmosphere. Chef made some starters for us that were for vegetarians and meat eaters. Pizzas and Vine was amazing.
We were the only guests that evening and it felt like being in someone’s kitchen.
If I could, I would leave TEN stars

Pizza here isnt great. To be fair the bases are ok, but the toppings are sparse and cheap seeming, for example one just had cut up hot dogs on it. Pizza seems to usually be covered up with loads of rocket to disguise it lol. Also, don't be tempted to stray from the pizza menu. I once tried the carbonara and it was like scrambled egg spaghetti. Also the restaurant itself is pretty pokey and cramped. For these reasons I tend to use other place despite this place being my local.
