Found this place by chance but had an excellent lunch, served quickly and efficiently and very reasonably priced. Great choice for all tastes, including vegan and gluten free. We will definitely return. Inside looks very nice, and spacious too, I look forward to being allowed in.

INCREDIBLE dairy free and gluten free pizza. It came out looking just like the regular pizzas and tasted amazing. One of the best I have ever had. It's not on the menu - but just talk to the server!

Booked a table - though still had to wait for 20mins. No bookings actually written down- just accepted and customers having to wait. Food no where near as good as it used to be. Just looked like it was slammed on the plate. That’s the problem of having to much custom and not enough staff. Waiter was rude and unfriendly. Dumped the food on the table and no attempt of communication.
I understand they’re trying to make back money from this lockdown- but not the way to get returning customers. Real shame! Used to be one of my faves.

Ordered 3 pizzas today alongside chips and cheesy sauce. Unfortunately I was left aghast at the low quality of much of the items I ordered. I also discovered what looks to be a splinter of wood and plastic in the pizza. One of the three pizzas I ordered was erroneous (pepperoni instead of Margherita). Usually a simple mistake like this wouldn't phase me, but given the rest of the meal I'm forced to seriously question the safe cooking practices of the food. What are the owners thinking? How have food standards slipped so low? You will lose more customers if you keep cutting corners and making mistakes.
Under cooked pizza made with under risen, dry, flourly dough. Did olive oil get anywhere near the dough? Very small portion of basic french fries-shocking considering how cheap chips are.. little crisp to the chips. The pizza did improve after cooking further at home and a drizzle of olive oil, but as a customer I should never have to do those simple steps myself.
Very dissatisfied with the quality of the food I received to be honest. The cheese sauce was the great, however for an Italian restaurant to be producing pizza so poorly is embarrassing. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Italian cuisine, keep looking.

I pretty like it! We celebrated my husband's birthday. The Pinocchio guys are very friendly. All dishes were brought on time. the dishes are delicious. We are very happy! And we will definitely come again! Thank you so much!

Horrendous way I just got spoken to over the phone. Overly rude, I asked the lady if I can sit inside due to the rain. Her response was no. I asked why and she said it's only if you have a booking. I told her I had a booking and she still refused. What do they expect you to do?Go there and eat soggy pasta in the rain.. Never going here. Glad I phoned up first.

One our family favourites for years. Stick with the set menu and you can't really go wrong. I have tried the rest of the menu and its OK, but thats not what you go to Pinocchio's for - its the pizza and the pasta!

Wonderful atmosphere in this restaurant. The food is great, reasonably priced and the service warm and welcoming. Certainly lived up to other reviews we'd read of the place. It's a busy, lively venue and it's easy to see why it's popular.

We walked past this place and noticed there was fairly popular with a lot of people being seated at the table. Fair to say it was pretty much full. After waiting for 10 minutes we were seated at our table. Despite the restaurant being full the service was great. The food was at the table shortly after ordering and it was very tasty. We had pizza Leonardo and mussels with tomato sauce and garlic. Both of them were delicious. The staff was very friendly. Table were properly distanced (visit was during covid period).

Prompt friendly service. Huge calzones, so if you have a big appetite this the place for you. 2 and 3 course set menus represent good value. Non alcoholic beer sold. Notwithstanding COVID restrictions this place is ideal for group bookings upstairs.

Easily located restaurant. Very friendly with a family run vibe. So nice to see a restaurant look like a restaurant. Staff were equipped with Covid regulations. Food was exceptional and very reasonable. Will definitely come again

We've eaten there twice on our holiday. The first time it was spur of the moment as our original booking let us down. Nice atmosphere, lovely food and very reasonable. They lose a star because no member of staff wore any ppe and one of them leant across me to serve another guest. However they were all friendly and helpful

Loved it and bless the staff! They looked like it was a full on none stop night, eat out to help out deal on a hot summer eve! Food was delicious, filling and amazing value! £8.50 for a main (and thats before the 50 percent discount!)

So glad to be back dining at Pinocchio's. Just been for a family meal and we had great food, excellent service and the staff ensured a relaxed atmosphere , whilst discreetly adhering to the Government guidelines. Highly recommend.

AVOID THEIR PASTA! My boyfriend and I ordered the seafood marinara and the pinocchio pasta. Both were extremely oily, sloppy and all of the seafood was frozen and microwaved. I don’t usually complain about restaurant food but on this occasion I felt like I had to warn others about it before they go there.

Good choice of mains, the pollo burger is a nice choice however the chocolate gateau was a bit dry and it took 2 attempts to get the bill. would still recommend.

Over the years I've been here dozens of times. I really like the food. It's fairly inexpensive and there is a lot of vegetarian options. Their spicy tomato and chilli sauce is good. They have a great prices for two and three courses. Their tiramisu is really delicious as is their chocolate ganache torta al tartufo I recommend this place. Speedy service. Book in the evening.

Very disappointed with my meal today . I always ordered the same dish ' mariana' every time I visited this place. However the dish was very oily you could actually see all the ingredients floating above the oil.As a result I felt horribly nauseous. Spoke to one of the waiter. The response I got was ' I don't know which chef's '????♀️I just wish they would take customers complaint into consideration. I took a picture of it however can't upload it on here. Absolutely like this restaurant but they let me down today ????

Went twice. On the Friday, the service was excellent, on the Tueaday-not so good. No napkins, no glasses bought for drinks and no side plates bought for sharing starters. They also missed an order for startera and bought something wrong for the main. That being said, the food quality is very good. 3 star Tuesday for service and 5 star Friday, means 4 stars overall as a combo.

I’ve never written a Google restaurant review before but this was bad enough to break the seal. I might have given it 2 stars but two people from my party are now violently ill, so I think food poisoning makes this a solid 1 star.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
The service was slow. We had to ask for things several times.
The food was awful. The tri colore salad was four slices of tomato, sliced avocado and an uncut ball of mozzarella on a plate. No dressing.
And there was the “prawn salad” that looked like canned shrimp slathered in what appeared to be Russian dressing.
The rest of the food was equally low quality.
Also I’m seeing reviews about how authentic this is. I don’t even know where to begin with that one.
