Splashpoint swimming has gotten cleaner since our last visit. There are 4 pool areas kids leisure pool, a small outside pool, a main indoor pool and a separate diving area with 3 diving boards. Mixed changing areas and lockers cost 10p which is non refundable. Poolside viewing is free and there is also a small cafe area. There is a fitness suite upstairs. If you use the pay and display parking adjacent to the pool then take your parking ticket stub to reception as they will refund the cost of parking. I got a £2 refund which was nice but they can’t back date it!

Very nice place for kids and adults. Good for relaxation and sport. I gave 4 stars from 5 as GYM room is pretty small for the amount of people attending to and not enough power lifting machines. Another negative point is that the main pool is often used for classes or training which makes it unavailable for the rest of customers. Overall, it's a good place for any age to come to relax and doing sport.

Seriously think splashpoint need to review its swimming policy. We went yesterday for the first time since covid. Getting changed by the pool is a joke. Its fine going into the pool. But getting out and wearing your costume is not safe. I know other pools that allow the use of a changing room upon exiting. You will cause alot of people to get sick esp in the up coming winter months not to mention wet car seats. I would also like to point out. My mum is recovering from a broken pelvis. We phoned to see if the big steps were in use we were told yes. On arrival we were told no. She has to be hoisted in. She completely lost her dignity. Splashpoint should be ashamed of yourself. You've also increases swimming costs. Lost two regular swimmer's here until you sort it out.

Modern premises have lots to offer. Swimming lessons are great and my little one shows great improvement in her swimming skills. Gym is large and professional classes will make your health sustaining experience a breeze. Love Fit 4 due to great pricing and classes availability. Well done West Sussex County Council.

Great facilities, swimming with a baby was great fun, couldn't find many places to put baby down to dress them, waited a little while while another person used it. (Maybe I'll plan better next time :) Bit everything excellent on this centre. Lovely staff.

Best pool for familes in the area. Helpful staff (ahem Burgess Hill Triangle), warm pool and communal areas cleaned regularly. Good facilities, slide, equipment and even diving boards - just wish those were open more regularly.

Lovely pool, falls down on a few things, especially too small. Mostly taken up by groups, schools etc. More adult and female sessions required. I don't use the gym, when I last did there were lots of young men standing around with their phones. How is this allowed when they have cameras and the kids pool is overlooked and it is off-putting for women. Victim of its own success, oversubscribed and lack of planning. Otherwise lovely facility. Gym overlooks the sea as does baby pool.

Lovely warm pool for little ones with pirate ship and lots of small water features. Perfect for the under 1s (and over I imagine).

Nice kids pool, changing rooms need reorganising not great when busy (not an issue right now, in the current situation!)

Pool only open to adults sporadically as pool is tiny and taken up by swimming lessons much of the time. I find it difficult to find times to swim with my busy scedule. Even if you do turn up at a time the pool is open, it is so small you are crammed in with other swimmers in the lanes. Worthing used to have an Olympic sized pool and the council thought it would be good to knock it down and build a pool a fraction of the size. For a growing town. Good job guys.

Modern facilities, interesting design. Always enjoyed coming here until I found another gym that was a fair bit cheaper. Parking is terrible though, good luck parking near the place. Pool timetable isn’t ideal, check time timetable before you go, I’ve been disappointed a couple of times going around my 9-5. Taff are always friendly too.

A modern swimming pool with diving, serious swimming and family time all covered. Classes are available, some have waiting lists. Parking is limited. Cycling there is good.

A lovely leisure centre, staffed by helpful, happy people. My two young boys have been learning to swim here for over a year, I find the facilities clean and well thought out. The membership is great value for money and the on site cafe is reasonable and offers all manner of healthy and cheeky delights. I can't can't speak for the gym as I've never used it. My only complaints are that despite the centre being open a short while it's already got signs of wear; cracked tiles and broken lockers aren't uncommon but it's not bad enough to warrant knocking off a star. Yet.

One of Worthing's best. Beach views (just) and 4 Pools to chose (Main Swim, Diving, Kids & Outdoor (if its open!)). Book in advance for queue less experience. Cleaned regularly, quite busy, fair prices and parking refund too.

Splash point is a nice place to go but is absolutely filthy! Probably the dirtiest place I’ve been... the children’s pool is all salty and smells like sweat and stings your eyes so bad! The changing room floors and walls are black!! The toilets are stained yellow from lack of cleanliness for a while! Pee everywhere! Snot and people’s body fluids all over the walls! So disgusting won’t be going here again unfortunately as can be a nice day out. Also the staff are absolutely miserable don’t want to be there and get all grumpy with the customers. Life guards were very rude! :(

Went all the way with the kids only to find we would have to wait 2 hrs as you have to book a time slot. Never heard such rubbish. What happened to first come first served.

I've been here three times with my daughter and she has loved it every time. At certain times they bring out a huge inflatable obstacle course for children and adults to have fun on. In a second pool is a water slide and baby fun area as well as bubble jets and waterfalls. Adjacent to the main pool is the diving pool with 3 diving boards. Outside is a shallow pool on a little sun terrace, but this wasn't opened when we visited last week. Changing facilities are good and the area is very clean. Good disabled access and facilities too.

No cameras or MOBILE PHONES allowed in. I have a mobile phone. So do they have chaperones for the kids? It's gone a bit mad. I can't respond to messages, read a couple of my emails while I am waiting for my son. But people walk in there with shoes on and no one cares.

This is my favourite venue out of the Fit4 package. Love the gym which has fabulous sea views and is spacious. Spin bikes are modern & sessions are run by knowledgable spin instructors who make the sessions tough but enjoyable

We come here from Portsmouth. Our kids love this place too much. Best place ever we have been with our kids. We have Pyramid Centre in Portsmouth but kids don’t like it because of too busy all the time with very rough people with rough behaviours. We don’t mind the distance Portsmouth to Worthing but mind the behaves.

Great place for the kids....didn't need to put my swimsuit on as you can keep an eye on your swimmers from the poolside.

Great facilities, well equipped gym with free weights as well as the usual gym equipment. Couple that with good swimming pools, diving, kids pools and then the health spa with hot beds, steam room and sauna. Pay per use or various membership options which can give you access to 4 further gyms in Worthing. Worth a visit for leisure or serious keep fit work. Can get busy at peak times but the long opening times really give you options.

Good modern pools right on the beachfront. Best to book a slot online as it gets busy. Child friendly pool and waterslide as well as larger pool. Good changing facilities.

More security than fort knocks. Horrfic really, which is sad because with a few tweeks it could be a good place. Sad that it takes 17 minutes to get into the changing rooms. In order to get into the changing having already paid at reception I had a random staff member then force me and a friend to to give additional details for some reason. Weights room is lacking allot of equipment. Very dirty in the swimming area. Spa is good but slowly rotting.

Favourite gym. Clean, great facilities. An abundance of classes. Not the cheapest but worth the extra for membership. Covers my swimming, weights, a couple of classes and my badminton court at Worthing. Staff are really friendly and helpful too!

Really nice leisure center with two very good and modern pools (one for kids up to about pre teen age) and a normal.one. often busy, usually need to book swim sessions in advance on weekends and holidays. Annoyingly lockers dont return money which is annoying from a flexibility perspective if with a family...

I love coming to this leisure centre, it's VERY clean, the staff are friendly and the little cafe does some delicious snacks served by friendly staff the name Sharon rings a bell who I remember being ever so helpful and if you happen to be there at the end of the day you may get a good deal on some tasty Victoria sponge or cookies☺

I don't really like the thought of going swimming, but once in the lovely calm water, I love it. Most of the youngsters are in the other pool so it's just adults.

Only used the fitness room, so this review is only about that. Although fairly well equipped, it's quite cramped. Fairly busy for 2:30 on a Monday afternoon too, which doesn't bode well for "busy" times.

Must say the kids love coming here has a fun pool with water slide and spray canons, also a pirate shipwreck area for the younger kid. On the weekend they also have the floats out and a bouncy castle water assault course in the big pool. They have other facilities there and is worth a look. Gets really busy.
