This place is great for the inflatable obstacle courses but there is no or insufficient seating close to pool side.

A good experience overall. Often busy at peak times, but never so busy that you can't find a locker/changing room. Everything is clean (as of 2017, when the pool is reasonably new) and the whole place seems well-maintained with nice staff who help when needed. Pool has one slide, which is a decent length for young kids. It won't interest those in their early teens and older, but for toddlers and those under 12 it's ideal. Lockers cost 10p, which you don't get back. changing rooms are okay, two adults and two children can share a normal cubicle reasonably easily. Showers are in their own cubicles, and you can fit four in - but it's close!

Great leisure centre and pool. Light with superb views over the sea, right next to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging.

I went today for the first time and is OK but I won't return. The entrance is £5.60, to use the lockers is £0.10 and if by chance you need to open the locker again is another £0.10, yes that's right, every time you close and reopen the locker it costs you £0.10. The rip off culture in this country try never fails to amaze me. Lockers and showers are communal (men & women together). The water in the shower comes out at 8 seconds at the time and you can't control the temperature. Dryer and mirror area is also communal and is dark very little light in it. I was looking to do some swimming before going to work but at £5.60 a pop + more money for the lockers it makes more financial sense to join a gym AND YOU GET FREE LOCKERS AND FEMALE ONLY AREAS that are much nicer.

Nice pools no parking and swimming lessons are rubbish. Shouting at kids from the side of the pool is useless. All about the money.

Good pool. Great for kids, lots of slides, water features, shallow areas, and nice and warm. Worth traveling the extra few miles to get there.

Must be one of the best pools in the country.

Nice pool, very clean and kids had fun. Be careful as lockers take 10p piece and you do not get it back when you open the locker so make sure you have 2 or 3 on you at least. Xxx

Facilities are the best around, and you get to exercise with a sea view, staff are very friendly Love Helen and Julia. The chill out sauna area is amazing. Just a shame the windows keep getting broken :( horrible, mindless, destructive people out there ruining it for everyone else.

Quite a small pool but plenty of fun things in it for the kids. Only problem is it can be really busy, to the extent they were doing staggered entry when we arrived, not actually letting some people in for over an hour after arriving.

Filthy, all the staff look miserable, had to wait an hour to swim as on arrival we were told they have 'swim sessions'. My kids got a sick bug from what I can only imagine is the filth and grime of the place!! Won't be visiting again.

No Google I walked past the place. I waited at a pedestrian crossing in order to walk away from the area. Your monitoring is about as much use as an umbrella for a goldfish.

Never had any problems. We swim mainly, lane swimming, and aqua robics. Tip - if you pay for parking you have to refund the ticket for cash on the day. They will not accept a day later. Its a nice short walk from the carpark by the hospital, through beach green park to the centre.

Pretty good overall. Gym well equipped with sea views, spa with sauna & steam rooms good, again with sea views, pool good to swim in, though lanes need a bit more organisation. Fast, med & slow would be helpful.

Nice and warm with a good slide, 4 year old can go on the slide on her own which is a big bonus as she enjoys that more than with me cramping her style. Changing rooms are generally pretty clean which cannot be said for a lot of other pools.

Shame its just not cleaner! The pool is brilliant, with loads to do for children, especially when they have their inflatable fun sessions on the main pool. There are always plenty of lifeguards on duty, although they do often look very bored and don't always appear to be paying too much attention. My son tripped and cut his leg on the slide steps one and despite a lifeguard being less that 4 meters away and my son crying (loudly) I had to scream to get his attention! But what really lets this pool down is the changing areas are never very clean and the toilets always smell really bad and are not particularly clean at all. On our last visit I noted posters up mentioning pool hygiene, they need to look at the hygiene all through the changing areas. I also had a locker wrist band that had broken and kept coming off in the pool. I told a guy on reception as we left the key number so that maybe they could mark that one as out of order and his response was "yeah, a lot of them need replacing" and did nothing about it!

Main pool almost perfect for the use I make of it, could be a lane and a half wider though. The pool has also been really poorly designed, without consulting users or seemingly considering how it will be used. Lack of drains on pool side make cleaning hard, and as a result poolside is always grubby. It is really hard to fit your hands under the taps in the toilets. They have used mold free grouting for the first couple of rows, but then everywhere else opted for the cheaper grout, that surprise surprise has gone mouldy! The 'stainless steel' they have used all around the pool, has rusted and is in need of a very good clean! Parking is now a nightmare, there is a very small car that gives you upto £2 back when you use the centre. Only issue is for 2 hours parking, it costs £2.10. Outside of this, particularly at peak times, parking is very limited!

Nice sea view, gym is not equipped very well. Swimming pools both outdoor and indoor are nice, saunas are usually not too crowded.

Good leisure centre in Worthing. Suffering from lack of parking now as adjacent site is being developed. Cycling is also problematic as bike thefts from the unsupervised bike racks are regular and management not that concerned about addressing this ongoing issue. Some great prebookabke classes and for regular goers the Fit4 membership is a good deal. Centre seems to be suffering from a lack of ongoing investment for maintenance to replace work out equipment which is a shame (ie CX bands and Reebok steps ). Generally nice and friendly staff so worth a visit Nice little coffee shop for post work out snacks.

We visited the pool yesterday (Sunday) with our two young children and within five minutes of entering the pool area my eyes became very irritated and sore from the chemicals. Other swimmers also commented on how bad it was. I dont normally suffer and had not even been in the water so i asked a Lifegauard who didn't know what it was but agreed her eyes hurt too. We couldn't stand any longer than an hour and on leaving the pool i spoke with a receptionist who new nothing about it but called over a Duty Officer. He explained the air circulation system was broken and should be fixed tomorrow and walked off. Surely people should be made aware of this prior to entry so they can make a choice? We visit the pool regularly and have never had this problem before.

Generally good facilities, but occasionally some small elements are broken (lockers for example). Also be careful to check the schedule as often swimming lessons take over the whole of the main pool.

I do like coming here with my son it's affordable and overall a very clean environment, the staff all good and very helpful . Although it's not much fun to arrive and see the sign outside saying you'll have to wait nearly an hour till the next simming session because it's busy.
