Excellent customer service when ordering and even more excellent service from Hettie when the product had to be replaced. Have had no problems getting through by phone even with covid lockdown. Very efficient, no quibbles company.

Tried to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it - phoned up and no one answered after 5 mins of constant ringing, then sent an email to customer service asking to cancel the order before the items were dispatched. They replied over 48 hours later saying the order had already *just* dispatched and now I have to pay to send it back to them - awful customer service and experience, won't be ordering from them again.

Bought 2 heaters, packaging was dreadful and the heaters turned up damaged. Was told to just throw them as they did not want to pick them up. Then a new 1 arrives again packaging was dreadful, installed it professionally and on the 1st night of using it I started to smell very bad burning and them a flame and then lots of black smoke. If I had been in the bath and not turned it off that second I dread to think the out come. I then called and emailed due to the incident and damage to my wall etc and was told we will offer a refund but not interested in offering any damages due to the faulty heater. The service has been a disgrace and there's no after care at all. I BEG YOU do not buy anything from this company as its clearly very bad equipment and the service side is non existent. Shocking in all aspects

Always a bit sceptical ordering online from companies I have never dealt with before. It was no less the case with this one. However I have to say I ordered 4 luminaire’s which according to other major suppliers were discontinued and out of stock (this may be the case), Energy bulbs supplied the 4 as requested at a surprisingly reasonable price packed and delivered in 3 days free delivery. I can only say I am one pleased customer. First impression excellent. Would not hesitate to use again if they continue this type of service. Well done. Paul from Northampton.

One of the worst company you can ever deal with . I order for bulb it should have been honest to them to let me know it wasn’t possible thy kept my money fir months and keep promising it never comes to reality . I see this company as a bunch of Liars , Leo was never helpful he keeps laying every week and never deliver . I urge you to be very careful with such company . Thy don’t have value & don’t respect people . Thy entirely unprofessional and don’t deserved to sell online .
