The best place to get catering supplies in the uk. They have a wide range of chef whites for all kitchen jobs at good prices. The staff are very helpful. This is a one stop shop for all catering goods for personal or trade use. If you're using the website or app, make sure to turn on the vat button for the true retail price

After knocking on the door your staff members waved saying the store was closed. Something quite obvious. They did this quite a few times despite me trying to ask the to come to the door as I was there to collect but they refused and one even started walking away. When one finally did come to the door, she proceeded to tell me again it was closed without stopping to listen to what I was trying to say about collecting. She eventually stopped talking to see what I wanted, I showed her my confirmation email and then watched as she then spent the next few minutes chatting with a colleague who looked like a manager, while the other colleague was on the computer. I had not been asked for a reference number still at that point. Only after 10 minutes did she ask for my reference number and then spent 5 minutes looking for it, something I could plainly see from where I was standing right outside the front door. When she finally opened I did explain my frustration but she had cut me off to tell me it was click and collect only. Something quite obvious seeing as I am quite capable of reading the closed sign on the door and had of course placed an order through click and collect. It would be really helpful during this period of time if your staff could actually try listening to the customers before cutting them off as just like them we have things to do. Closed or not, customers can still collect their items so having staff actually come to door and asking for their confirmation email rather than wave them away ignoring their requests seems like common sense but that seemed to be lacking from your staff members today. Please do better, it's a tough time for us all in hospitality, the last thing we need is more stress brought on by rude staff.

with out doubt Nisbets is the worst for service they lose the orders
cant tell you of any progress and dont call back as promised
always polite but im afraid vague and useless

We get most of our supplies from Nisbets.
Very comprehensive for cleaning and other consumables.
In fact I need to get down there next week to pick up some of their Rubbermaid Slim Jim recycling bins.
Great shop, very useful in the West End.

I make much better cocktails thanks to this place.
The selection of good quality kitchen wares is amazing! The prices in the store exclude the VAT of the full amount but every item I've bought has always been relatively low price.

Delivery was fast I paid £32 for crocs later seen same clogs were £7 in sports direct. Very expensive after vat you pay. I don’t think will order from nisbat again.

I went today here, and asked for a lid for a plastic cup that I had in my hand. I've seen it online, I just went there to test if it's the right measure, because I need more than 1000. First person I asked said that they don't have it. The second one took me to the shelves with cups and lids and said "it's somewhere around here" and just left. Smiling! I searched for it in the catalog, and found it. I asked another guy there about it, he said it's probably only for online ordering. Ok.. ok. I also needed a tray for an Alto Sham heating cabinet. I showed pictures to the guy, he had no idea what that is. He started looking on the website, and seemed to be the first time for him when using his company's website. If I would treat my clients like this, I would get fired.

Over priced, extremely bad service, poor product. Our company purchased all our catering supplies from nisbets since opening. We had bought a gas blow torch the day before yesterday and it was broken within a day. When Brought back to exchange, The cashier and the manager were extremely rude and condescending.They were insisting that the product wasn't bought the day before regardless of receipt evidence and spoke down to me as if I was attempting to swindle them. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give a minus star I would. I was in the store on Saturday 25/3/17 to price up equipment for a bar and restaurant I am in the process of opening. And wile there thought I'd pick up a few small items I currently need. After being ignored by one of your staff members, the second rolling his eyes and rudely saying he was busy and the third Q-jumping a customer making a larger purchase in front of me at the till I came to the conclusion that my small purchase wasn't worth your staffs time in their opinion (maybe they work on some kind of commission structure?) so I left. And I won't be returning. Looks like your staff just lost out on a sale worth around 10 to 15 grand. In the words of Julia Roberts in pretty woman "Big mistake"

Terrible racist English main management who promote their own British white people into management regardless of work related performance who eat years and years and still are eating off big annum salaries within the company bragging about how easy work is when all the person(s) does is say hello to customers and sits in an office all day their lives careers and future employment with management roles sorted should they wish to apply for management roles in other companies, while ethnic people stay in heavy lifting low sales positions permanently seeing on average 1000 pounds after tax per month..foreign peoples are used in the company with their lives and health initially damaged from strenuous work.

I went in to buy some supplies as I'm a chef came home and they did not put everything in the bag strike 1, so I tried to buy a knife roll boldric 17 pocket it wasn't in stock the guy behind the till said next week is delivery 3 visits later and still no delivery, so I ordered one from there warehouse just home now and it's completely the wrong bag, they are unorganized and don't really try to hard to accomadate I am very unsatisfied and will be getting a full refund and never go there again idiots

Ottimo negozio che si rivolge al settore della ristorazione e dei bar. Ma non solo. L'ampia scelta di piatti, posate, articoli per la cucina, oltre che di macchinari per la produzione alimentare (macchine per fare la conserva, per produrre il pane, impastatrici, mixer, affettatrici e chi più ne ha più ne metta) lo rende un negozio appetibile anche per il semplice appassionato di cucina che cerca un semplice strumento per casa sua. Prendete per esempio le posate, un articolo che mi ha fatto entrare qui dentro con mia moglie ogni volta che torniamo a Londra. Qui se ne possono trovare parecchie serie, in acciaio inox, che vanno dalle classiche per ristorante a quelle più raffinate da sfoggiare ad una cena particolare. E tutte con prezzi veramente bassi. Da sottolineare poi che anche le attrezzature e i prodotti che si rivolgono più ai bar (shaker e altri mille attrezzi adatti per il bancone, sciroppi dai mille gusti) hanno tutti un prezzo davvero competitivo e una buona qualità (non il solito made in Cina per intenderci).
