Visited at 4 PM on 24th June - called earlier to check availability of online stock in store and was assured it was available. Purposely did a trip to the store only to find it's in fact not the same product. Went in only to be greeted with silence and stares. Not a smile in sight. Staff was obviously untrained and unknowledgeable and didn't know the differences between various lines. I was looking for a specific pot and yet the staff kept trying to convince me it's another pot. Have been a loyal LC user for years and the bad service I received today was unacceptable. Never again to the Upper St store!

Popped in as I was walking by. I did not know they had a high street presence and was surprised and delighted by the service there. I bought a replace knob for the lid one of my big casseroles.
