I was very shocked by the steep quote an other local garage offered me of £135 for a spark plug change when Dan who dealt with my quote, calling the suppliers there and then and got it down by around £40!!! The car is running like a dream and they even had the courtesy to let me know in detail by showing me the old plugs what sort of severe damage could have been caused had they not been replaced that day! The work was completed in under an hour and to highest standards! Great service from the team and would certainly recommend to all in the area!

Honest garage and great service. Twice I've had issues with my car which I was expecting to be expensive - last time the car had a broken door latch, which they were able to repair without new parts, and just charged for the labour (unlike other garages where I've suspected they were making things up).

An excellent experience at this garage. My husband and i rely on our vehicle for both my work as a midwife and for our disabled child and the service here was prompt, reliable and professional. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. Recommend to all my family and friends and will never go anywhere else after using this garage.

It's refreshing to finally come across a garage in Loughborough that knows what they're talking about, are honest and fair with their pricing and professional.
A month prior I had my car MOT'd and Serviced at a well known garage that ended up missing a number of issues that I had concerns about that were said to have 'Nothing wrong with them'.
I decided to take my car to Loughborough MOT & Service Centre who detected the issues straight away and were able to fix them by 2pm!
They also sent me a video of the issue so I could take it to the previous garage as proof.
Got good vibes from this place and my car feels like brand new! Great work and very satisfied with the service.

Took my car to 2 other garages with an electrical fault but they couldn’t fix it. Took it to Loughborough MOT and it was fixed and ready after 4 hours. Friendly staff, fantastic service, couldn’t recommend them enough!

So poor service. Only change light bulbs back and front charging cost me 250 pound 250 pounds.. Don't go plz .. Before they used to good service now they have lots of customer that's why charged mind and gredy

I take my car some noise coming from front engineer said they need to diagnostic after 2 min done every thing said u have to change oil and oil filter air filte plus sensor. Altogether bill 385 pounds plus 65 pounds diagnostic with vat. Altogether bill 450 pounds... Plus again VAT 459 POUNDS. Now... Its very expensive for me.. Plz if you go there before ask the price.

TO BE HONEST I DONE DIAGNOSTIC TEST ENGINER SAID I HAVE TO CHANGE FULL INJECTOR AND WIRE.. AFTER I SAID I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO PAY THAT MUCH CHARGE ME 550 POUNDS.. WHEN I DISAGREE SAID I HAVE TO PAY 75 POUNDS ONLY CHEAK CODE AND VAT TO PAY NOTING DONE BUT I HAVE TO PAY 75 POUNDS ONLY FOR CHEAK ENGINER VISIT.. THEY R TOO GREDDY PEOPLE.. I'M GOING ANOTHER GARAGE ONLY CHANGE ONE SENSOR ALTOGETHER COST ME 85 POUNDS. THINK ABOUT

Took the car to do the MOT. Being told that: 1) both rear tires had a tear and needed to be replaced; 2) both front brake pads needed to be replaced too.
I refused and paid £35 for a failed MOT. Took the car to another main-street garage the following day. MOT passed without anything being replaced.
Definitely not recommending this garage!

Mixed feelings about this MOT center. Left my car first thing in the morning (pre-booked appointment) and was advised that there is a slight delay, which I accepted. They were meant to call me as soon as the car is done, but that did not happen. Bear in mind that they do not have on site parking and surrounding streets are on 1h, no return for 1h basis. After 2h 30min I've called them and was told the car was ready for a while. On top of that, my pre-booked appointment was for £35 (online booking, 1 month ahead) and I was told to pay £40 as this is their new charge and they would not accept my email confirmation.

Not happy at all with our latest interaction with this garage. Although they fitted us in quickly and efficiently, and did the MOT and services in a good time, our suspicions were raised when a family member wasn't happy with what they did for her.
I suspect that all they did for a full service was an oil and filter change. Perhaps that is why both the MOT and service took only 90 minutes.
Will not be returning.

Great and honest garage! Had my MOT done on a 19 year old van! Originally didn't pass but was explained what my options were and most cost effective solution! Definitely this is where I am going to do my MOTs from now and strongly recommend to others!

I would avoid this one in future. Paid for an MOT and service and it's becoming clear they didn't service my van or paid very little attention to it. A few weeks later my brakes were completely worn down, my oil was black so it needed changing and it was clear that they hadn't replaced the oil filter either. No wonder they offer free MOT if you buy a service because they clearly don't do the service.

Had my MOT and service done yesterday. MOT did fail to begin with, however James on the phone was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and offered a respectable price for the work. Couple hours later and everything was done, no complaints at all. Will come back next year
