Amazing service and staff. I pulled into Auto Vets after noticing I had a flat tyre at the beginning of a long journey. I pulled in purely to inspect the tyre and attempted to use a pump but an Auto Vets member of staff noticed me and attentively came over to offer support. On coming to support the member of staff noticed the problem, a massive split in my tyre. He then instantly ran over to see if they had a tyre in stock. After telling me they did he quickly offered to drive my car round the back. From there I was back on the road in a matter of minutes and was thankful I pulled in. I was most appreciative of their quick and attentive service... especially as it was after their work hours on a Friday night! Thanks for your service.

Took me a while to get this review up, but as a first time car owner I’ve faced indecent mechanics trying to rip me off because of my lack of knowledge. I went to autovets hoping to solve an issue with my car which I was told elsewhere would cost me £300+. Autovets told me the issue was minimal, sorted it out and didn’t even charge me! They didn’t take advantage of me like many other places, they could’ve charged me for the work they did but they were nice enough to help me out. As long as I’m in Brighton, I’ll be visiting autovets for any car issues!

I'm into my cars and I find it a real challenge to find someone I can trust to take proper care of them. I read the reviews here and thought I'd give Autovets a chance, even tho the logo on their hire cars has always made me laugh... First me old Mercedes C-Class failed its MOT on a brake system fault. Other garages I spoke to didn't have the right diagnostic eqpt but Autovets said they could sort it. They did. No fuss or bother and I even had the joy of driving one of their cars with the dodgy puma on the side for a day - sweet, sweet joy. Then onto my Z4 coupe. Hadn't felt right since I bought it and I got talking with Sam when I picked the Merc. up. Turns out they have the technology to do the proper 4 wheel geometry set up so I booked it in. Later that day Sam called me to let me know the score - he'd checked all the bushes for play and they were fine but found some of the wheel angles were way out. Here he went beyond the call and even loosened the subframe on its mounts to get the very best alignment he could. I could tell from talking to Sam that he is into what he does and it turns out he is a qualified racing engineer - who knew? Sam's enthusiasm and knowledge shone through and I was looking forward to getting the coupe back to see how it drove. When I turned up Sam talked me through all he'd done and it all made sense - they even washed it! Driving home it felt sooo much better - no longer fighting me, a lot less twitchy and less prone to following every camber it could find. Result. In short I can recommend Autovets wholeheartedly, particularly if you have a performance car you're a bit fussy with. And you might even get to drive a courtesy car with a frisky leopard on the side. What more could you want?

Fantastic garage. Great service, reasonable prices and always going the extra mile. I've used then several times for several cars already and they've always been very helpful. Always offering clear advice without trying to upsell or patronise. Just as an example of how helpful they've been: Having bought a car with a false MOT, Autovets helped organise and host an official retest with the DVSA, but also helped me get the broken car too the workshop and back again! Genuinely the best garage I've used by a country mile.

Excellent service, Sam's diagnostics on our Fiat 500 solved a problem no-one else could. Also just transformed our VW Camper with amazing wheel refurb. Our go-to garage.

So i used auto vets for the first time and i couldnt have been more pleased. I had a problem with my Audi a5, and took it to several garages around brighton all telling me something different that is wrong to he vehical and costly. I was recomened by a friend to come to auto vets and after leaving my car with them for 30 mins theg managed to diagnose the problem and resoultion for a vrey reasonable price. Customer service was great and my car driving as good as new now

Helpful, friendly and above all else highly professional. Will definitely be going back.
