Its very rare to find a garage like Autovets who are truly trustworthy and provide a professional friendly service from start to finish like they do. Sam and the team ensure all work carried out on your vehicle is explained and you are kept up to date with the repairs. Other than BMW garages autovets is the only garage to ensure all the service management lights on my BMW were reset along with going above and beyond my expectations of dropping my locking wheel nut off that was left on site to my front door. I will definitely be using them again for all my motoring needs. Thanks guys.

My BMW had a wiper issue which would not park properly and had not worked for months. Having taken my car to three different mechanics around Brighton and spending hundreds of pounds without them being able to fix the issue I was advised I would have to take it to BMW in the hope of getting it fixed. Having seen the reviews and calling Autovets, I took the car in and after just a few hours with Sam and the team, not only was the issue resolved I was provided with a clear and comprehensive diagnosis of the issue. Sam obviously takes pride in his work and was extremely confident he would be able to get to the bottom of the issue after initial diagnosis. The previous mechanics were unable to fix the issue and had mis-diagnosed and replaced parts which did not need replacing.
I wish I had gone here sooner. If you have an electrical issue or a complex mechanical issue I cannot recommend this garage enough. Excellent communication and specialists in their field.

I was very impressed by the service and repairs from Sam and his team. A gearbox warning light appeared and the autobox put itself into neutral on my BMW 1-Series. I looked for a specialist and was not disappointed. Sam gave me a decent courtesy car to keep me on the road and diagnosed the fault quickly. Sadly for me the repair required a gearbox rebuild; Sam completely understood the problem and explained it to me very clearly. I had the courtesy car for the whole time the repairs took, which gave me peace of mind. When the repairs were completed my car was beautifully valeted inside and out and the bill was significantly less than the price originally estimated. Based on this experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and Autovets - and I would use them again in the future.

Fantastic service, Sam the new owner is great and knows his stuff. I took my van into the garage with a clutch problem, the fault was rectified the same day but for half the initial quoted price. Been to Autovets a couple of times recently. Once to have a Tyre repaired which was a great deal cheaper than buying a new one and last week I had my first service done here on my Jeep Renegade. I was pleasantly surprised to find out, you don't need to take a car that's still under warranty, to an approved dealer. The warranty is still valid when serviced at Autovets. So, that too was very much cheaper than going to a Jeep garage. It was all done extremely quickly and a lovely free valet afterwards. Well done Sam & Team :) Will definitely be back when I need any more car repairs or services etc.

After my car started making a horrible sound I set out to find a garage that would diagnose the problem and get my car back to full health! After a number of garages gave a fairly vague diagnosis, Autovets said they would take a closer look. They ended up being able to repair the broken part rather than me having to spend a lot more on a new one. Would highly recommend!

This was the first time I have used Autovets but it won’t be the last. I was very impressed with Sam and his team and with how Sam set about trying to find the intermittent fault on my cooling system problem. Anyone who has worked on electrical/mechanical fault finding will know just how time consuming and sometime frustrating this can be. What was expected to be a two-day job at most turned into three days, but Sam was like a dog with a bone and was determined to resolve the problem. And I am pleased to say he did crack it in the end and he did not increase the estimated price I was given at the start of the job. Thanks Sam and team.

It is unusual that I needed help myself but the "Cable" fix was the ideal solution and I managed to get home to Fareham without any further problems or concerns. Excellent knowledge and communication. Explained everything to me very well and was patient with my inane questions! Had a new turbo, clutch, coilovers, brake pads & discs, and braided brake lines.
Am going back in tomorrow for a check up now that everything is settled down eg suspension.

I had a tyre explode right outside here this morning. I had a job interview to go too. Autovets didn't hesitate in quickly providing me with a curtsey car so I could quickly be on my way.
They changed my tyre for me and fixed a puncture in my spare trye that I didn't know was there. Would highly recommend.

Hadn't used these guys before, but I was really impressed.
Our Qashqai had been gradually worsening over the years, which I thought was just age. Sam explained that the issues were because the basic services it had been receiving hadn't been complying with the manufacturers recommendations. To drive, it now feels like when we bought it five years ago, and we're saving a bit on fuel too. Everything was clearly explained up front and in a transparent way - including the full itemised list of what the mechanic would be checking and replacing. All costs were clearly justified. When a seized bolt which required more man hours presented an issue, Sam called to ask if we wanted to proceed rather than just billing us extra, and then gave us a discount at the end.
I was given a choice of courtesy cars - we needed an automatic and they had one, which was very handy.
What impressed me most were the values of the company. They work to a high standard, to maintain the car in the way that the designers intended. I'm sure the Manager's degree in motorsport engineering plays a part in that, which isn't found in your average garage. We'll definitely be back - it's our family car, but if I had something more on the luxury end, or a classic I wanted treating well, I would definitely take it here.

Change of hands has not been good. Used to be able to trust this garage and have recommended to others in the past as no nonsense.
Took car in for pre-MOT service and a number of things were highlighted as required, along with a fairly hefty price tag. When further probed, all but wipers and front brakes were advisory.
A quick ring around secured significantly better prices for all elements.
Rear brakes which were mentioned as advisory subsequently failed MOT and were noted as dangerous.
Car returned filthy - we used to get a valet after any work done there.

Just come back from garage, i do not write many reviews but i believe this is well founded. Excellent customer service had a new tyre wasn't happy as seemed to be going down. Rang garage and had a return call from Sam explained problem took the car back to garage it was looked at by Sam problem solved. I had an MOT, new brakes and a new cam belt fitted at Autovets. The staff are really professional and helpful. The manager was customer focussed and understanding when I had to change a booking last minute due to a family commitment. I couldn’t recommend them higher.
