Working at Pinnacle Multicare has been an amazing experience. The facility is consistently upgrading itself everyday, from it’s new rehab gym to new rooms on the subacute unit. The team here at Pinnacle are always looking to make a difference to make patients feel welcome and safe. Pinnacle is a great employer and also a greet facility for your love ones to receive great care.

The staff and administration are extremely helpful and attentive to their patients. When I walked in I was blown away the place looks like a hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, clean, and fun environment with top notch care for a loved one.

Pinnacle is an amazing facility, It has gone major recent renovations including a beautiful brand new gym which is very well equipped. The administration and the staff are dedicated to provide the best services for the residents, With over 25 years of experience in the rehab field I am proud to be currently working at Pinnacle and to be part of its great team.

This facility is amazing. The staff really treats the residents with respect and kindness. They make you feel like part of the pinnacle family. The residents are constantly busy with recreation and the care is immaculate.

Pinnacle Multicare is a excellent facility. They have a great team, from administration and nursing to rehab and dining services. They all exceeded our expectations. We feel our mother is receiving the highest level of care and would highly recommend Pinnacle.

I can't say enough about Pinnacle Multicare and how attentive they were during my mother's stay. The entire staff was so attentive not only to my mother; but my family as well. From nursing and social work, to rehab, and recreation , they all welcomed us and made my mother's recovery so much more enjoyable. Administration really knows how to run a facility that is all about patient centered care. BRAVO!!

My friends Mother had a recent stay and she stated that she was treated like a VIP! The Staff was attentive and her temporary rehabilitation needs were met.
Good to know a well run N.H. exist incase I need to refer my father if the need arises.

My aunt was taken here a while ago for rehabilitation after knee surgery. The staff, nurses and PTs were all so wonderful. No one ever wants to be in these situations but when you aren't there to care for a family member 100% of the time, it was nice to be in a place in which the caretakers truly do care.

This nursing Home has been very good to my mother who has been there for several months now.Especially during COVID 19 it has been Extremely difficult for me and my family to deal with this situation.My thanks to all who work there for doing such a great job ????

As a clinician I find it refreshing that they really show care and empathy towards their patients. Clinically I feel that the Recreation Dept. Does a great job keeping keeping the patients engaged and mentally stimulated.

Please reopen...my loved one is there and we haven't seen each other since March of this year, it's been way to long and that's not fair, plus on top of that you guys don't respond my calls whenever I want to at least request a FaceTime with my loved one, we've only done that just one time in 6 months that's unacceptable...and cruel at the same time.

I love this place, on a scale of 1 to 10 I'll give a 10 because they respect you, and they take care of you. They make sure I get medications on time, which I am very grateful for because when I was in another facility I was not getting it on time.

I had my mother there in the physical therapy department. She was supposed to be there for a few weeks. They were amazing and she was able to treat her quickl . She was able to go home after 9 days.

The renovation that is being done is beyond anything I would of imagined. From the Staff that is so warm and loving, I can definitely say I recommend this facility 100%. Residents are happy and are treated well due to the care that is given with the love of the staff.

Learned about the HMO in the short span of time that I was in the facility. That was all that my focus was on. I wasn't able to get the experience i thought i would get as an assistant administrator. I didn't want the title without the knowledge. The pay wasn't great, for the amount of work that needed to be done.
