From the moment I walked in to the treatment rooms, The staff were welcoming and friendly. Courtney was amazing, extremely accommodating and reassuring. I had the full body pregnancy massage for 50 mins, I had never had a pregnancy massage before and everything was explained, including seeing if I had any problem areas as such which really made me feel relaxed and at ease. The massage was amazing and refreshing, even the baby was enjoying it as it was kicking throughout! Would completely recommend! thankyou again.

It was my first time having the micro dermabrasion and oxygen therapy and I was made to feel very comfortable. The treatment was explained brilliantly and I understood all the steps as they were happening. I am very happy with how my skin feels and will 100% be coming back in a few weeks before my wedding. Thank you very much, am already recommending it to friends and family.

It was my second visit today and Justin did give me a fabulous pregnancy massage.
From the reception all the ladies made me feel so relaxed and use full service without any difficulties.
Worth the money, highly recommend the place and Justin, she was so gentle and kind.
It was also very hygienic.. what can I ask for more?? :)

Can I review zero stars because I'd like to. Five days ago I had a gel manicure and pedicure at The Treatment Rooms Brighton and I couldn't be more dissappointed. The appointment was booked for my wedding day as previously I'd had good experiences there and decided that due to the special occasion I would spend the additional money for wedding nails (the booking cost double what my regular place charges for a far superior result - Turn Beautiful, also in Brighton). After one day I noticed how appallingly my cuticles had been attended to, after three days they started to chip and after five days they are peeling off. I expect more for a £113.50 appointment (plus deposit). I had a further booking for the same treatment later in the summer before my honeymoon but I've now cancelled it. I'll go to Turn Beautiful for these to be removed within the next few days and will stick with them for future appointments as well. Do not go here, it's not worth the money, there are so many better options available in Brighton, including vegan ones.

I would definitely recommend The Treatment Rooms. I have been coming here for years and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are very friendly and Jessie is an amazing masseuse. I now try and have a massage once a month if possible.

Absolute bliss being pampered with aroma therapy face masks and oils for 80 minutes plus a head and shoulders massage in a lovely environment with soft music and flicking candles. You couldn’t ask for a more relaxing way to get rid of your stresses and strains

I had an amazing massage, the rooms and the overall salon is very welcoming, clean, relaxing. I loved chilling in the waiting room with candles and calm music, it definitely made my whole experience even better. I felt totally pampered and escaped from the outside world from the moment I stepped in. The service was outstanding, from the girls at reception to the therapists, everyone is highly professional and lovely.

This is an incredibly clean and professional salon. All the staff are well presented and professional. I have visited four times now and each time seen someone different. I've been very happy each time with the service and feel happy to recommend it whole heartedly. Ive had brow shape, manicure, massage and bikini wax.
The salon is very inviting and the robes and optional hot tea is a nice touch. five stars

Agreeing with the other user. Do NOT get a pedicure here.. waste of money. I expected my feet to actually be buffed for the price! But DO have a massage here! The massage treatments are awesome! I am going to go for a facial today. New experience for me.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I booked treatments here for a friend and I, and even before we got there I knew it would be amazing. I'd booked two treatments under my name, one after the other and I promptly received a phone call from them asking if I wanted to have them at the same time, to which of course I said yes! They were so lovely and accommodating for us - A very good sign! Once we arrived, our coats were taken and we were offered a drink. Then, after we'd filled out our details we were shown upstairs to a changing area where we were each given a locker for our belongings, as well as a robe and a choice of slippers or flip flops. We felt very fancy and it was a touch I've not seen anywhere else outside of a hotel style stay at spa - It definitely added to the experience. After waiting a few short minutes in the very comfy waiting area, we were each taken to our separate rooms with our own therapist. I had Courtney who was just so fantastic from start to finish. She let me settle in a chair with a soothing foot soak while asking me questions such as do I have a particular area I would like her to focus on more and what pressure I would like, as well as general questions about my day. She explained everything to me as we went, also checking on me to ensure that I was comfortable, that the stones weren't too hot and that the pressure was comfortable. I was so chilled out I practically forgot I was in Brighton and I'm sure Courtney is some kind of wizard because her hands are magic! I could tell she knew where I needed more attention and she didn't hold back in making sure all my knots were out while keeping me comfortable. I could feel my stress and tension just melt away. Once the treatment was over, she walked me to their relaxation room, which again is another fantastic touch and something I haven't seen before. It's a very calming space with low lighting, comfy chairs and loungers and a continuation of the mood setting music. My friend and I spent a good half hour in there before mustering up the courage to face the real world again! It was honestly so wonderful - I've had a lot of massages in my time but I have never been anywhere where they care about their clients so much and really put thought into the environment to make the entire experience pure bliss. I will definitely be back anytime I am in the Brighton area, and I will certainly be recommending this place like mad to anyone and everyone I can - Thank you Treatment Rooms!
