On arrival I came into interaction with Ama. She has great quality in her communication skills, impeccable mannerism and an enthusiastic attitude. Despite seeming to be on her own, she operates in a calm manner. Her lovable personality and care will take her far!

Ama creates the best caring environment she's so nice and I believe her persona alone brings a sense of someone who cares understands and comes up with the right solutions. She someone I know so far to have the best organisation skills and passionate about people's welfare, I have worked with her in previous roles and her team work skills I must say is top notch always willing to help, understanding and known to be a good problem solver. In a nutshell she is committed and an achiever and a lovely woman who respected and respects people.

She is not only highly organised and efficient but extremely compassionate and displays a great level of empathy when carrying out her customer service. Highbury HelpingHands is a beautiful office, always clean and has a very strong welcoming atmosphere. Very easy to get too either by train or bus. Furthermore Ama who works in the branch is a very caring person and good listener. She has always been very helpful and interacts well with people. I would recommend this branch and company!!! Especially because Ama is there !!!

I'm very impressed with Helping Hands . I've been very lucky to meet some of the team at Barnet and Highbury - who are very very helpful and passionate about providing care towards the elderly and vulnerable. Sophia, Sophie and Debra at the Barnet branch have been very welcoming towards me. Ama is very passionate about helping others and has a good relationship with staff and clients. She is a very lovely lady. I've heard so much great stuff about helping hands, I am yet to apply for a care position ( fingers crossed).

HelpingHands Highbury is a lovely branch. I really like the interior of the office and it is very welcoming. I met one of the staff members - Ama, who was really friend and informative when I asked about the vacancies in branch. I also came across some carers who were on training and they seemed pretty happy and said some really good things about the training programme and their trainer Kirsty.
