Please do not use these guy's for COVID tests my self and sister had to travel due to Dad passing and had to buy these kits on the way back and they are not cheap . They are recommended by NHS but are awful. We have not got out day 8 test and they are blaming royal mail .

Total SCAM!! They don't give back the money that you are entitled to!!! I booked my test at the end of march/beginning of April - Day 2 & 8 and Test to release. The test to release did not arrive on time and due to delays there was an email from Qured saying that I will get a full refund. After over 1 month I have not received my money (Over 150 pounds). Additionally, the results of test day 2 & 8 came back over 48H after it arrived at the lab. This entitles me to a partial refund. However, over 1 month later I did not receive any money back either. All the emails from me remain unanswered and I cannot reach the company at all. So to the Qured team: I do not want the standard answer that I should write an email to Qured Support. I have sent multiple emails before. Solve this problem and give me back my money or I will write reviews every day and take legal actions!!!

The telephone helpline didn't even give me the option to speak to someone and simply told me to go to the website which is supremely useless. How anyone is supposed to rely on this company for such an important service is beyond me.

Test was easy to perform and the screen share Qured staffer was very nice. This is the most cost effective Return to UK test I have found and the results were very fast. Additionally the travel certificate was easy to print and accepted without issues at the Middle Eastern country I was at and back here in UK. Thoroughly recommend.

Used Qured for my return trip from Germany to the UK and was delighted how well it worked. Very smooth process, great communication and fair pricing. It saved me a lot of time, the test in front of the video call with a medical assistant was straightforward and I received my travel certificate shortly after sending a photo of my test result. I'll definitely use Qured again for my next trip. Highly recommend.

I puchased the Day 2 and Day 8 CPR tests for the quarantine after a trip abroad. The tests were delivered on time, the shipment by Priority Mail was straightforward, and the test results came be in 24 hrs in one case and in 48 hrs in the second. Overall a very good service.

I thought that this service was great! I ordered a test (to enter the United States) on a Sunday night, and the test showed up on Tuesday. I arranged my virtual appointment with the physician and it was incredibly seamless. It was so great that I purchased a test and took it with me to the US and will be using the service to re-enter the UK. However, the one blip was the latter test was meant to arrive the next day in the post and it took two days. But I gave myself plenty of time so it wasn't really an issue. Highly recommend for antigen testing for US or UK "Fit to Fly'.

I had such an easy experience. Several reminders and links to the test meeting were sent. All the materials arrived early. I logged onto the Zoom call and was met at the correct time by a really friendly and helpful doctor. And the results came back in 20 minutes. And easy to present to the airlines. I will certainly use again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID They never sent the courier for my test to release, because of 'miscommunication' even though they 'scheduled' me with Valentina for a certain hour. No phone number, not worth your money and stress. If you already paid but have some money spared I'd suggest canceling and buying from competitors. You are risking your time and there are many better companies. Don't be a fool like me

I have done my day 2 test but still not received result i have received day 8 kit that say activate your kit i have tried so many time to activate the code it says the code is invalid i have tried to contact them but no respond i think the government should look at those ppl not fear paying £210 for nothing its scam

AVOID. No contact number, no replying to your emails despite the matter being urgent. Cancelled my kit in line with their T&C policies. They still tried to send it! Now I had to open q dispute with my bank. Plenty more places more reliable than this one

I would not recommend this service at all, day 2 the tests came on time, day 8 the tests came a day late, we didn't get the results till day 14 mine was inconclusive and was told I would need to do another swab for a result. We are now on day 20 and I have received no replies to my emails nor have I been sent a swab or given any direction on what I am meant to be doing. Of course I cannot leave my house until I have that result.

I booked the Day 2 and Day 8 testing kit. I have yet to receive my day 2 test result and my day 8 test is nowhere to be seen. I have been told that I cannot leave isolation until I get two negative covid tests, so I have to get another testing kit from elsewhere and pay again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Update: Received my day 8 test BUT it had no pin code, a necessary part in activating the test kit.

I do not recommend this place as well! I have ordered the kit before my departure, but the test came very late, that is why I had to make another quick test for 199£ to be in time for my flight. And now I cannot return that unused test, because they sent it to me even I told them that I don’t need it anymore. Any replies to emails and on the website as well!

Everything went smoothly, I took my test to Senegal and was able to take it there. Local testing facilities were limited so this was a great option to be able to take the test at home. Results came back quickly. Just a note - the Senegalese airport staff were confused because my test certificate was English. I had to explain the process to them, and convince them that I had taken the test IN Senegal, before the accepted it. Just because it's not the certificate they are used to seeing I think.

Just did my test and received the results in less than 10 minutes. I was a bit worried about Qured since the reviews were not great but everything was impeccable on my side: delivery of the testing kit, video call with clinician, submission of results and certificate. Great user experience and smart technology/process very user-friendly, at a competitive price. Suggestion for Qured: it would help to provide some more information about the delivery slot of the kit (or at least a range of hours) in order to let the customer plan his video call. At the moment, the range provided (9 to 5pm) is too broad in order to let customers who don't have much time before their flight, to plan accordingly.

Had really good service! I was a bit nervous with the results. Booked the 2, 8, and 5 day test to release. Plus the test to fly. All easy enough. One test took more than 24 hours but I emailed and they replied very quickly. Had the fit to fly results within 30 minutes. Very very pleased.

This company is a scam, they happily take your money and send the test results after your flight and you'll end up paying double the amount for another 'Fit to fly test'. save yourself the hassle and anxiety, just book the test from your local pharmacy.

I have used the monitored LFD test for travel and return and found the service very good, with good appointment availability and prompt confirmation of the results accompanied by a certificate containing all the necessary information for travel. I used the “courier collection” option for my test to release and, even though it was collected on a bank holiday Sunday, I was pleased to have my result first thing the next morning. I also used Qured for my day 2/8 testing package which arrived in a timely fashion and were processed quickly on receipt. Whenever I had a problem or query I used the website chat and got useful answers from real people. I think the prices are reasonable for the level of service offered and I will be using Qured again for two forthcoming business trips.

I was under the influence due tot he bad reviews that Qured would not send my test kit or they would send it late so intially I put up a bad review about it but then the team contacted me and resolved my issue and provided both my day 2 and 8 tests on time. Therefore I can say I am satisfied by the services provided by Qured. Good job!

I made a mistake of not reading reviews and the website properly. The turn over time for your results are 24 to 48 hours FROM reaching the lab rather than from when you actually dispatch your test. I would say this can delay your day 2 results if you're anticipating them to inform your work. I am waiting for my results and I feel like I would have been better off using a different company or using something local as the timings seem to be much longer than my previous tests. This is just leading to increased anxiety as I am about to do my day 5 test to release without knowing my day 2 results ( this may be a waste of money if i was to test positive). On a positive note the customer service email did reply to my emails and queries on time however if you want to know your results fast and want a easily trackackabke system please use alternative or something closer to home!!!

I've used Qured twice and had a great experience with the rapid antigen tests to fly to the US and return to the UK. In our experience (family of 4), everything worked smoothly. The website is user friendly, the price is good, the tests arrived quickly, the medical staff on the virtual appointment were personable, and the results + fit to fly certificates were ready to download within an hour of our appointments! I had questions before booking and emailed Qured back and forth several times. Sometimes the responses were quick, sometimes it took up to 36 hours. If you need an immediate response, I'd recommend emailing results at qured dot com instead of their general customer service email. I definitely recommend and will use again.

Very smooth service. Ordered 2 May, could immediately book virtual appointment for 5pm on 5 May, arrived 3pm on 5 May (due to bank holiday), appointment was quick and easy, results received within 25 mins and fit to fly was received 35 mins after starting the appointment. Ordered my test for return to UK as well so will do that virtually from abroad too. All very efficient! BA even has a 15% discount with Qured, making it even more affordable. Will 100% use again!

We haven't received our Day 2 test and its day 5 today. There is no way to contact them besides automated useless response. UKVI should ban testing centers like these with no accountability.

Better avoid this provider. There is no customer service and they won't respond to your mails. My Day 2 test kit arrived only on Day3 and I didn't receive my results even 24 hours after the return kit had delivered. I choose qured as my airline recommended this provider but it was a horrible mistake. I won't recommend this provider at all.

I don't know why people are so angry at this company. I ordered my day 2 and day 8 tests from here, hoping a recommended company by airlines might be smoothe. I was scared by all the horror stories in the reviews. But my day 2 test came in time. I posted it. And then the results did not come. So, I spoke to customer service. And they updated the site for me, as apparently it was just a gitch in their system that I had never received the results.I got my result seconds after talking to them. And my day 8 result came within 24 hours. It ran smoothly. It worked. Maybe i was just lucky, but the company is not that bad at all! ... bit expensive though.

I would definitely not recommend them, they have no costumer support at all which is very disappointing for that price. If you have any problem or questions (that is not on their pre-prepared website questions) they don't have a chat box on the website to talk directly to someone, or even a phone number to call. You are simply left alone, you have no-one to contact. And on the top of it, I had to wait almost a week to get an answer to my email. For that price you would imagine having some customer support.

I had originally given 1 star as there was no way to contact them other than emails for cancellation/ refunding etc. So informed my request for cancellation due to change in travel schedule( flight cancellation) via email 1 day before as per their rules. Reply was not immediate but they did reply eventually and my money got refunded. So very happy with the hassle free service.

Horrible service for 200 pounds, I understand that there are a lot of tests being taken in the UK, but honestly such poor communication. Kits arrived to my address in time, but everything afterwards is really poor, days of no updates saying that kit is still in transit, had to email staff and they still couldn't give me a good reason at first. My Day 11 is tomorrow and I can't leave because I don't have my results back. Was told that it was Royal Mail responsible for delivery and delays, yet on Royal Mail's website I have tracked my sample and it says that it has already been delivered. Just really bad experience.

I’ve used Qured twice for online lateral flow testing to get a fit to fly certificate (I work abroad and travel every week). The kit arrives via Royal Mail within a couple of days of ordering. Make an appointment for a video call with someone who watches you take the lateral flow antigen test. Wait 20 minutes and amend them a picture of the result and within minutes get the certificate through. Great service all for £39 ????????

Avoid if you can. Appalling that they are Government accredited and therefore able to profiteer with their inflated prices. We purchased the Day 2 and 8 return to UK tests. Day 8 test results are now lost, owing to issues activating them which the company seemingly seek to blame on others, or indeed us for not anticipating their own failure and making our own notes. Now stuck in isolation for longer with all the inconveniences that brings despite planning for being out imminently.

I ordered 3 pre-departure rapid tests yesterday (Thurs) before 2pm so they should have been dispatched on the same day - I have not been given the royal mail tracking details and no one is responding to let me know if they have actually been sent! I need to know asap if I need to secure new tests before I fly or if the tests I have ordered through Qured will arrive today!! I'm hoping someone will come back t me quicker on here than through your email contact

Mixed review- the PCR test took more than 55 hours to get the results which was very stressful ( 2 hours before we had to fly) . However the people on chat were very responsive also over the weekend and tried their best to put pressure on the lab but still very stressful and not something I want to experience ever again. The lateral flow test to return to the UK was amazing. You get an appointment with a doctor who walks you through the test and get your certificate within an hour. It was amazing and we saved £250 by not doing it locally here - so would definitely recommend that!
