My mother has been a resident at Queen's Oak for over two years. Her care, particularly under such difficult circumstances, has been exemplary. The staff, though incredibly busy doing a job that many of us would find impossible, also remain cheerful, creating a lovely and calming atmosphere. I'm hugely impressed.

From the very start, the manager Seye has been so helpful and approachable, he always takes time to communicate with us well. The home is really peaceful and the team are so friendly. Marilyn the activities lady puts on great activities for everyone.

My mum is staying here. The staff are wonderful. I can't fault mums care here. She has a lovely room. It's spotless. She has everything she needs here if she wants it. It couldn't be better for her

My mom was placed there on a temporary basis in 2011, the staff was fantastic with her, they worked to get her settled, then she had to leave for a Sheltered accommodation. However in 2014 she needed to be place there again due to health concerns.
I have no doubt in my mind that she will receive the best care possible.
I would like to thank the staff and management once more.
