Princess Louise of Kensington Nursing Home

My mother was placed in this home from hospital under the government rulings 4 days after lockdown went public . She was very poorly &needed to be in hospital but because of her interests she be replaced in care for her needs .these was not meet staff rude care was not given she caught flu covid also I would not recommend this home for my dog .

We had a much loved grandmother in here she could walk and was a strong lady with in a week could not walk or stand up was told to use a pad instead of being assited to the toilet she got bed sores and told us they where pulling her about she was deeply distressed and begging to die well 17th of July she did die at 8.50 we where told at 8.30 she was just off to give antibiotics time to work i could go on but no point she died we have no answers the place has no empathy only a few staff where ok rest pwould not give time of day

My Auntie is a resident there and they seem very nice

Not very happy with the communication with the home and there is a lack of staff. Went there last week and got told my nan wasn't in there but earlier that morning got told she arrived. Staff sent us up and down up and down. Staff were slightly rude towards us also.
