The decor of the store draws one in. The consultants there could not be more charming or helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They designed the most perfect kitchen for us and the installation was seamless. The folks who came to fit it were professional, nice to be around and did an amazing job. And when all was done, they sent a painter to touch in all the woodwork. After sales service, which is so important too, was brilliant. We admire our kitchen every day, as does everyone who sees it. I cannot recommend Tom Howley highly enough

We are absolutely thrilled with our new Tom Howley kitchen and can't say enough about how wonderful the team was from start to finish. Yes, it was expensive - but in our view totally worth every penny. Great before and after service - even during lockdown. Would highly recommend.

Lizzie and simon were just brilliant. Lizzie designed a beautiful family kitchen for us. Such a thoughtfully designed space and beautiful woodwork. Really pleased with it. It’s the key room of our home. Worth every penny! Thank you to all the team.

We worked with Brenda Gibson at the Chelsea showroom over the course of a year on various kitchen designs, as our build options changed. Brenda was amazing: patient, fantastic deisgn eye and good humoured. Brenda worked with different briefs without any hesitation, maintained regular contact in a non pushy way and was always available to discuss any questions. It is with regret that for personal circumstances we were unable to proceed with TH but I would not hesitate to recommend them and in particular Brenda.

The kitchen went in nearly 6 months ago and I'm still thrilled with it. Lizzie was fantastic at getting to grips with how you use your kitchen and making it work for you. The first weekend we had it, we catered for 12 people and there was suddenly so much space to prep and chop and store food - I had been worried about the cost (not cheap) but felt the difference immediately in how my kitchen worked for me. And it looks great - I have had so many compliments on it! The cost is still a bit eye-watering but the careful design and attention to detail was worth it. And everyone was so friendly and professional the whole way through, and the kitchen was ready ahead of schedule.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for your coordination in relation to the kitchen. It's been a pleasure having your team at my home. They have been absolutely amazing and a delight to have on site. They were really respectful in ensuring that the dust was kept to a minimum and that everything being installed was at a very high standard. Once the kitchen is completed, I will certainly send in a formal letter to the CEO to express my delight with the kitchen. It's been a wonderful experience and this is absolutely a product that I will recommend to friends and family.

I am thrilled with our Tom Howley Kitchen! From the very beginning of this project and our first meeting with Simon and then working through our design and build with Lizzie it was a very easy and pleasing process. Lizzie is so helpful and knowledgeable about the kitchens she is designing but also about the appliances and worktops that work best for your budget and design. Wing who was our project manager for the fit was incredibly helpful and accommodating as we had quite a few hold ups and issues with our build but he always worked around all of our problems.

Still early days with our kitchen but have visited the Chelsea showroom on a couple of occasions. A very professional introduction to the company and product knowledge was outstanding. We met Simon the manger who also introduced us to the designers. Will be back soon to book that design consultation. Fantastic Kitchens!
