Saj helped us to design two bathrooms as part of a full house refurbishment project. He did a superb job and make the process easy.
He was patient with our pace and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied.
Working with him was so easy from the beginning, he pitched really interesting design ideas without being too pushy, and produced design renderings for us as part of the service ( guys at Porcelanosa asked 300 pounds for those). He did not forced his products to us, he sent us to a tile showroom that gave us a lots of ideas. He is really passionate about his job.
He did not do the installation for us (our builder did as part of the house refurbishment contract) but was keen to follow the project and spotted a couple of issues that would be a bigger issue if not corrected. Helped us to concentrate in the other house issues.
His service was first class at a reasonable price. I would use his services again.

I would love to say that I have received the level of service that all previous reviews have. Unfortunately my dream kitchen has been a total disaster, the fit was appalling and only when I challenged this was it recognised. That was 6 months ago and I am still waiting for the installation to be finished.
My previous Howdens kitchen was perfect, to move to a German Warendorf Kitchen was a dream after our kitchen was extended. However I have been left very uninspired and frustrated due to the level of care and attention we received. I have had to chase multiple times for updates with IDC and their fitters during every stage of the process. Such a disappointment.

Joel at IDC did a wonderful job helping us to visualise and plan our new kitchen. My wife Nichola and I absolutely love how it turned out!
We had Russel as our fitter who was incredibly skilled and helpful during the installation process.
Inspite of all the issues associated with lockdown both Russel and Joel managed to get the job done, and we are incredibly thankful for their efforts.
As and architect I would definitely recommend IDC to my friends, colleagues and clients.

Saj and team supervised and carried out the full renovation of our bathroom. We are extremely happy with the way the whole thing was carried out. The were professional, met the agreed timeline and they did a fantastic job. Before starting the project, I was worried about builders damaging the flat. They protected every part of the flat they used and even the common areas of the residential block where we live. And the bathroom looks awesome. Thumbs up. Thank you Saj

We recently purchased Warendorf kitchen, and bathrooms from Interior Design Concepts. A complete transformation from my previous kitchen/bathrooms. This looks absolutely luxurious, swanky and elegant! I wanted to go for contemporary look, and Joel who has an eye for design, did us proud. He went above and beyond with his designs. The perfect worktops and tiles that gave the perfect contrast. We were stunned and both Atif and Joel were brilliant, professional and provided a excellent service throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

We were recommended Saj at IDC for our bath and shower room refurbishment. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him on sourcing everything we needed for the bath and shower rooms. Saj helped us with the design concept, sourcing materials in the middle of lock-down with extremely tight deadline to get materials in by. He is really responsive, kept me up to date on progress and most of all delivered on time as promised. He also followed up after the fit out to check we were happy and helped source alternatives when we changed our mind quickly. Cannot recommend IDC, and in particular Saj, any more. Saj helped us from start to finish with a complete bathroom re-fit. Right from virtual design, picking and sourcing fittings and full hands-on management of the building work. We have busy lives and so really needed someone we could trust that would manage everything for us and ensure a high spec. Saj did exactly that and his attention to detail is really fantastic. The end result is superb, we are super happy with it - thank you so much! I have already recommended these guys to friends looking for similar work. If you are reading this review I highly recommend you give them a try.

I was lucky enough to be recommended to IDC by a friend and was introduced to Saj to renovate my bathroom. From the start to finish Saj has been attentive, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to come up with a lovely design, without us knowing exactly what we wanted, at competitive pricing. The CGI really helps visualise what it could be like. Then, he was able to see us through to completion every step of the way, giving constant updates on the build, finding solutions whenever there was a need and managing the job with little input required from us. His service was second to none, and I can safely say the actual finished product is just as good as the CGI he showed us when we first saw his design. I am delighted with the results. I couldn’t recommend Saj and his builders highly enough.

IDC have been excellent from the very start. We have purchased a Warendorf kitchen from them. We did not really know them, chanced upon them, but started working with Joel to design a kitchen for our refurbishment project. It was a challenging design due to the several bespoke elements of our kitchen. Joel was absolutely amazing at translating our vision onto paper and into reality. He was extremely patient and professional and went the extra mile to accommodate whats app chats late into the evenings and on his off days, when needed. When compared to one other kitchen company we had spoken to, we soon recognized the superior quality and professionalism IDC offered over the other large and well known supplier. We were offered a 'run of the mill' option with the other supplier who did not take time to understand our wishes...Joel spent several hours sourcing the exact products we wanted - e.g. we wanted glass shelves in our wine cooler which are not usually available and we wanted a black glass front with black handle. Joel did not give up till he found us what we wanted.
IDC also gave us 3D images to help us visualize the look and also plan exact dimensions which helped us plan the build and furniture in advance. Again, compared to the other supplier, IDC's software and technology was highly superior as was their commitment in making the project their own.
Every detail has been meticulously addressed - our kitchen is absolutely amazing and in large part its down to the personal dedication and commitment Joel had to the project. We love the kitchen and enjoy every moment in and around it.

I was referred to Saj, at IDC, by a UK supplier of bathroom tapware. At a time when half the country seems to be refurbishing their home and most bathroom suppliers are overloaded and frankly don't care about the customer experience, Saj, despite working on 80+ bathrooms himself, showed impeccable professionalism. Between suggesting beautifully designed alternatives from lesser known brands, chasing supposedly reputable suppliers for deliveries, providing key technical advice, price matching to any online retailer, being more than accommodating with several last minute product returns and exchanges and generally being a pleasure to deal with, I could not recommend Saj more highly. I will definitely be returning to give him further business in the future.

I needed to fully refurbish my bathroom and was recommended to use Interior Design Concepts Ltd and was extremely pleased that I did as they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
From the initial design to the final installation, IDC provided a superb service combined with great customer skills and were able to advise and solve some design concerns that I was faced with at the beginning of the project.
Throughout the whole process I dealt with Sajid who could not have been more helpful. At all times he was super professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable and despite me changing my mind on many occasions this was never a problem. IDC and in particular Sajid kept me well informed of the order progress and also in arranging all logistics.
Sajid was also really helpful with suggestions not only for the new bathroom but also in recommending fantastic fitters, Kassa Da Interiors, who have done an amazing job.
I never had any cause for concern dealing with IDC and am so pleased that I chose them to install my new bathroom which I am delighted with and would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

We bought a new Warendorf kitchen from IDC. We had excellent, very patient and responsive advice during the specification period - IDC were willing to develop many different planning scenarios to help us decide exctly what we wanted. The kitchen was then very well installed, and the after sales service from Ronak has also been excellent. In addition, we thought that Atif gave us a very fair and reasonable financial deal. In summary, we have been very impressed with the whole team - Atif, Shoaib, Joel, Leigh and Ronak - and would recommend IDC to anyone.
