We purchased our Natuzzi sofa back in December, and Ali was the sales assistant who helped us find the sofa we loved. Ali advised that the timescale would be around 4-5 months, because one it's a bespoke modular sofa, and two because of COVID things have generally been delayed. We totally understood, and we were happy with that, but knew we needed a sofa in the meantime. Ali provided us with a loan sofa so we did not need to wait around for ours to arrive, which was great because nowhere else we knew offered this. Our sofa has arrived TODAY and we are beyond happy with it!! It was bigger than we thought, but it fits so nicely and it feels incredible. It was definitely worth the 4 month wait, and we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Natuzzi and Ali. We'd like to say a massive thank you for our wonderful sofa!

Spent over 6k on fabric sofa's with Natuzzi Brent Cross. Salesman was called Mel, was helpful, friendly and polite. Delivery was the usual 4-5 months. Less than 3 weeks into my ownership of the sofa's (with almost no usage on the sofa) the fabric on one seat is sagging/wavy and looks like a tired 15 year old sofa. Definitely not what you'd expect from a 'high quality' premium sofa. Natuzzi are arranging a technician to inspect it, I will update this review accordingly. I'm cautiously optimistic that Natuzzi can do something to rectify but not overly impressed so far. My bog standard Furniture village sofa which I've had for 10 years is in better condition! Edit 1 24.03.21 - Natuzzi have been professional and responsive to my emails however almost 12-weeks later the issue remains. Most recently I've been advised to wait for a replacement cover. Disappointed that my 'premium' sofas look more like eBay sofas! Also quite disheartening that it's taking Natuzzi this long to rectify.

My wife and I are shopping for new furniture, sofa, chairs etc, the shop was clean and well presented, there was a beautiful chair that I wanted to sit in. Unfortunately two women of the sales team were chit-chatting about their boyfriends, although I was standing right next to them they didn't move out the way so I could try the chair, I asked for them to move, they truculantly moved aside, totally oblivious that I may have wanted to buy the chair, they just carried chit-chatting, even though, I was now sitting next to them. When you buy something that you never get, is that how you define a scam? That is what this store has done when we bought a care kit with our sofa in July 2020. A year on and I’m still waiting for it. We have called (6 times) and emailed (35 times). Any advice on how I can get either my money back or the product I’m due?

Before you purchase from Natuzzi Italia (Brent Cross) KNOW that: - the sofas they sell are rarerly GENUINE Natuzzi sofas; - they do not respect provisions of Consumer Rights Act 2015; - you will end up with faulty goods, which they will not permit you to return; - they refuse to give refunds; - they use deception and misrepresentation (they lie); - the post purchase customer service is the rudest one you would ever encounter. Best before you purchase check online reviews about this store. You will know everything and hopefully use a different authorised store if you are after luxurious items of furniture with an honest and professional service. My experience with this shop can be summarised in one sentence: „GOING TO A PORSCHE, PAYING THE PORSCHE PRICE AND ENDING UP WITH SKODA” I will be suing them as they refuse to provide the refund for sofas which are marked and do not align. They are lying that the sofas I purchased were ex-display model of which I had knowledge. At the time of purchase I was told the sofas were brand new from the warehouse as the customer who ordered them, did not pay the reminder., I signed a yellow order form, under which was a pink copy. I received the copy with a stamp on it, although at the time of signing there was no stamp. They added the stamp after. They are con artists. If any of you experienced similar treatment and would like to join me in the legal action or simply share your experience, please write to claims @ flyandi.co.uk. Now, having had the sofas inspected by a technician they sent who reported a broken frame, I still have not received a refund. Avoid at all costs!!!

Wish we had read these reviews first... We had an amazing Natuzzi sofa for 10 years which we sold. We purchased an almost identical new sofa from Natuzzi which began to delaminate within 8 months of purchase. Natuzzi sent 3rd party technicians to inspect and after he initially told us it would be re-covered, they came back to us 2 weeks later after being chased for a response to tell us they won't repair or replace because we have had a snuggle blanket on it and the sofa can't be in contact with any fabric that has been washed (should we take our clothes off before sitting on Natuzzi sofas?!) A 2nd inspection 7 months later (4 weeks after its first professional high end clean) we are told this is now the cause - even though the problem presented itself 8 months beforehand! PM me if you want some pictures. Before you buy, ask Natuzzi if you can sit on or clean your sofa, as apparently, their sofas aren't up to this anymore! We wish we had never sold the original.

My partner has been dealing with Natuzzi over a fault with our new sofa for 8 months now; shocking customer service in addition to the sofa fault. Natuzzi use 3rd party inspectors who clearly are not qualified as they have made false assumptions as part of their reports. One technician is believed to have taken photos without permission of our employees, which we are now referring to the police. Natuzzi told us they had a conversation about the photo and have no reason to disbelieve their 3rd party technician who denies this. This is not conclusive or acceptable! The sofa itself began delaminating and we sent photos of this to Natuzzi who sent an inspector who said they would be in contact to re-cover it. When we chased them, two weeks later, they told us they wouldn't re-cover it and it was our fault for using a snuggle blanket/throw on it. They say fabrics washed in detergent etc. will cause delamination. Does this mean taking your clothes off before sitting on the sofa - or not washing your clothes at all?! I find this hard to believe. 7 months later after more chasing a 2nd inspector from another company was sent to inspect and he concluded that the sofa had delaminated due to being cleaned 1 month ago. Completely missing the point that the issue had been raised 8 months ago before the sofa was cleaned. This raises another point - can you not clean Natuzzi sofas anymore?! We bought a Natuzzi sofa 10 years before this one and had it cleaned every year, used a blanket in the winter, had puppies and babies sitting on it, and never had a problem with it. It was in such good condition, we were even able to sell it before buying a new one. We are now going down the legal path as it has taken so long and Natuzzi are still arguing that it is our fault and not an issue with the sofa. They have generously offered to have one seat cover tested to prove that it is our fault and not theirs; at our expense of course. The sofa will be 2 years old in December and it has taken 8 months to get to this point, in addition to all the calls and emails. I do not want this to happen to anyone else, all over a sofa, so will be publishing any updates and responses

Just wanted to share the outstanding service I received from Natuzzi Brent Cross. My wife had been begging me to change our dining chairs , so we took a trip to Natuzzi in Brent Cross retail park. A very nice chap called Michael greeted us , his knowledge on the products sold was outstanding , and having just received our chairs one week earlier than promised , we are absolutely delighted with them , and the service provided from sale through to delivery . I would thoroughly recommend Natuzzi Brent Cross for truly outstanding service !

If you're happy to be bombarded with sleazy sales patter and convinced to put down a deposit on something that you're really not sure of then go here. I was told I could put down a deposit to secure the price of a sofa that was on sale. At no point did they say the deposit was non-refundable or that the price would remain the same, so there was no need for the urgency or being forced to give a deposit. Furthermore Natuzzi sofa's are not what they used to be. Proceed with caution!

Avoid! Poor quality product and poor after sales service. Following the delivery of my Stan Corner Sofa (cost £6,180), I noticed a fault with an electric recliner which should have been identified/resolved prior to delivery. There was no way the faulty unit in question was damaged in transit given its location. Having raised the issue to the after sales team, I was forced to chase a resolution several times as there was mass confusion within Natuzzi RE the status of the new part required. When I voiced my concerns, they simply blamed the technicians appointed by themselves for the amateur attempt to resolve the issue. If you want a premium product and service, avoid Natuzzi.

I'm in Sofa Heaven. If Carlsberg made sofas, they'd look like this, and if they sold sofas, this would be how they'd do it. Amazing service from the team at Brent Cross, from advising on style and shape to choosing a family friendly but stylish fabric. I am truly delighted with my sofa. I even got a follow up call from them to check that I was delighted with it. If you are looking for a sofa, Natuzzi Brent Cross is the only place to go.

BRENT CROSS LONDON.......Appalling! A chap by the name of Gary who is apparently the area manager has not returned a single call and has not replied to a single email post placing our order which is now a total of 21 days late. Pre sales was excellent! Smooth, caring and motivated sales. But once the money was paid it was the pinnacle of shoddy! We ordered sofas in time for a wedding and were given a partial suite to see us through! ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER CARE! Go on some training or do something to sort out your act!

After buying sofas from another branch I was advised to Brent Cross Natuzzi to look for a modern bed. I bought a really unusual leather framed bed which can lift up and has storage space underneath. I chose the same colour leather as on my sofas so looks really good in my themed home. The only problem when delivered it came without slats underneath mattress but remarkably Manager brought round slats within 24 hours so great service. Really happy with bed. Thanks a lot

"Second time I made the mistake of ordering goods from Natuzzi Brent Cross. Sales service is ok, but very much depends who you see on the day. After sales is truly atrocious. My sofa was delivered 2 days ago (delivery guys this time were great). I called the store and spoke to a salesman who literally could not have cared less. I then called the office. The lady was very pleasant, but knew nothing. A smarmy guy then called me back to try and sell me a warranty, which is fine, but then got really aggressive about my frustration at having to repeat my entire conversation for the 3rd time about a lack of invoice (he made it sound like a really odd request - how else can you prove your warranty?) and a lack of any warranty details or care instructions or any paperwork whatsoever apart from my original order form. For the Extended Warranty, an insurance product and thereby regulated by the FCA, I was expected to accept details over the phone and had to demand written details as if I asking for something unreasonable - basically what they have a legal obligation to give me, without my having to ask.

Just visited Brent Cross Natuzzi, My third purchase from this store. The staff are an excellent example of what customer service should be. They are attentive, honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a great service. On each occasion I did not expect to find what I was looking for, however, quality, variety and style won me over every time. It is true (as noted in other reviews) that the Natuzzi 'infrastructure' is in need of modernisation, however, the quality of the staff more than makes up for it. Special call out to John and Zak for their efforts.

The two stars is an average. Our initial experience was grand, they paid us just enough attention and let us linger until we found the sofa and the leather we wanted. The sales person was attentive and knowledgeable. But that is where it ended. Since ordering and putting a deposit of £1500 down we have received no communication, including receipts for deposits, regarding our sofa. The staff at the store say they don't provide updates or receipts but can email us one, they have not done so. I cannot imagine Natuzzi as a brand operates this way. I have the distinct feeling we were forgotten as soon as we paid and I am doubtful the order was placed. Browse the showroom but purchase elsewhere!

One lady looked at myself, grandmother and uncle like we shouldn’t be there. Think of the Rodeo Drive scene from Pretty Woman. That’s the experience I had.

Sofas did not arrive today. Natuzzi said that the delivery company is in administration, but refused to give or show us any evidence of it. Given no communication from Natuzzi before we contacted them, I hope it is not a fraud and that Natuzzi is still trading and able to deliver. Is anyone else experiencing the same? Love our sofas. just had them delivered from Designer Sofas and they look really nice in our lounge. Really nice quality from Italy and the leather is gorgeous. Delivery guys struggled to get up the stairs but they just squeezed in so very relieved but the guys were so helpful and took away all the wrapping. Happy to recommend

Bought dining chairs / table and sofa set from the Brent Cross Store with great service from the staff who I found very easy to deal with.....once ordered I was told I would receive prior to Xmas. Got a call on the 15th December, telling me I could expect delivery by the18th December. All duly arrived...and really pleased with the product thus far....would definitely recommend and go back...

Purchased a coffee table from Natuzzi store in Brent. On the invoice I stated that i will decide whether to have the coffee table delivered or i will pick it up myself as the delivery cost was 150 pounds. I had paid 50% deposit of the table cost. When the coffee table arrived, I gave them my card details and they charged me 100% cost of the coffee table PLUS 150 pounds. When I contacted them to firstly- inform them that they charged me for the table twice and 2. i do not wish to have it delivered but pick up myself, one of the team members said, because they over charged me and she had already arranged the delivery- the delivery will be free of charge. However, later they had refunded only the table cost that they overcharged but kept 150 pounds for the delivery. They still charged me after they confirmed over the phone that the delivery will be free. The customer care excuse- we have hundreds of customers that purchase from us every day and we do not remember every transaction. Probably the worst customer service I have received from the professional furniture store. In addition, just discovered that they are Designer Sofas on Trustpilot and their accounting system. Please read their reviews before placing an order.

I bought chesterfield chairs from Natuzzi last year, it was delivered in March. After 2 months, one of the chairs was broken underneath. I went back to the shop with a friend who introduced me to Natuzzi Brent cross. I was advised to come back when the customer service guys are in the office. I went the following day ,I was told to send emails to the head office. I did this in May. I am yet to receive any communications form Natuzzi. After sales service is very poor given the amount of money spent on Natuzzi furniture.

The most appalling customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Huge delay in order delivery without an apology or offer of compensation. Delivery team mentioned this is common practice. Endless emails and calls have been unanswered. Would not send my worst enemy to these rude and incompetent people and would actively persuade friends against shopping here. I wish I had read the reviews before making such an expensive mistake. It appears they are a business who don't listen to feedback as the same issues described by so many others here I have experienced; lovely service in store until they take your money, disastrous from that moment onwards.

Great experience with Designer Sofas. Staff not pushy just really helpful. Came out to my house to check colour and size before i had to confirmed order and no other Company could be bothered. When sofas came looked amazing and very comfy. Just one slight criticism i think sofa could have been larger on main wall but Salesguy was adamant that he thought would overcrowd room and would be saving me money as a little cheaper. Luckily enough I didn’t get sucked in by the hard sales tactics! Went to enquire about a rather large sofa order and potentially coffee table and side tables. Sales lady was VERY pushy, insisting I take my husband back with me. Refused to give any swatch samples (fair enough) or send me a quote by email. Apparently she could get sacked for that!! This is strange; no? Fortunately after leaving the store and feeling totally uncomfortable, I decided to google them. Well the reviews and rating say it all. Natuzzi s reputation doesn’t appear to be great within the industry, and most of these stores are franchises which explains it all!

Absoluted delighted with my furniture. Ordered some lovely leather sofas at the Ideal Home Show in March and just been delivered. Our extension not ready when sofas came in but they stored them until I was ready which was helpful. Delivery team struggled to get in as tight access but really tried hard and eventually got in and when unwrapped looked great and so comfortable. My footstool was not on delivery so they quickly rang office and one of the sales guys dropped round on way home that night which was really nice. Overall delighted with excellent service and most of all love the sofas

Unprofessional and overpriced. The order was delayed badly with no apologies. They then forgot to charge finance for 6(!!) months and only started it after my numerous nudges. Floor protectors on £3,000 sofa disintegrated after 1 year of usage and we’ve been waiting for spare parts delivery for 3 months by now.

When things go wrong then the Customer Services for this company is beyond belief! They may sell beautiful sofas but for the price that you pay you expect the same quality for service and unfortunately this was not the case. It took the company 5 months to resolve my issue and even now I'm still waiting to have a final items resolved. Please be wary that things can go wrong and if it did how would you like to be treated? If after sales is important to you then I would think twice before buying your sofa from here.

Appalling shambles of a company. Ordered a 3 piece suite from them at Grand Designs Live almost 6 months ago, it has been a catalogue of errors and it's still ongoing. One chair arrived broken, was lost several times in transit, replaced with a completely different style of chair, finally, months after the initial delivery we received the correct (repaired) chair only for the delivery team to discover there were no bolts to put it together so it is still in two pieces and unusable. We've had to chase this at every stage, I call them several times a week (over 60 calls at the last count) and have had to take 3 days holiday from work to be in for incorrect or non existent deliveries. Rarely call back when they say they will and seem to see no urgency in resolving this (for example it took them 5 business days to order new bolts after we reported them missing and they have told us today that the bolts will take 2.5 weeks to arrive from date of being ordered.) Avoid.

This is THE most disgraceful company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from. They are dishonest, they have no concept of customer services, there are several so called managers, none of whom give a damn about the customer we ordered in Jan 2016 now we are October and they still have not delivered our order. do not provide Credit Card details, they will charge your card without consent. I have called in the excess of 20-30 times over the course of the year and they will never return your call, I PROMISE YOU. I will report to trading standards, watch dog and every possible customer advise bureau I can. I want my money back !! I will provide a running commentary on how my order pans out.

Table delivered not as described and the sales assistant played on words at Brent cross store. Be careful what you buy and what they say. Absolutely disgusting customer service and are worst then most scams online, I am quite revolted about this. They will take the money out of the property or card in question. Table ordered as ceramic and told it was durable when infact a glass table was delivered two weeks late.

After paying £8k for what we believed to be a premium Natuzzi corner sofa suite I am very disappointed with the products quality and wearability. From new, certain cushions were softer than others with these cushions now badly out of shape. The brackets that hold the sofa together broke and after a great a deal of hassle Designer Sofa's sent us replacements which we had to fit ourselves. Our sofa is less than 2 years old and is placed in a rarely used sitting room within our home. After multiple calls and numerous emails we finally got an engineer to come out and rectify a corner cushion which the engineer told us looked as if it had been 'worked on' before. We were told that the end of the suite was built in a way that it could not be 'reformed'. We have emailed asking that this modular section be replaced but have again had not so much as an acknowledgement email. Premium prices, not a premium product and even worse customer service. I would not use this company again. Martin
