Firstly what a brilliant team and a credit to Readings.
I dealt with 5 members of the team,
Trina, in rentals with her excellent knowledge and skills which were very valuable to me when buying/renting/selling, it is not something you do regularly and need this sort of experience.
Joe and Sean in sales for keeping me updated on the sale of our house which was fantastic.
And lastly Louise and shaun from the survey dept who organized our home buyer report. This was done quickly and effeciently and there help and advice were brilliant.
Many thanks team for helping the sale of our house to go so smoothly.

Readings took over my management of my property at very short notice, quickly took control of the (stressful and chaotic) situation and got the tenants back on track in no time. I reside abroad, so it's not easy dealing with maintenance issues or day-to-day communications. Trina and her team are always quick to get back to me, send me statements regularly and contact me straight away when there are problems; this gives me great piece of mind. Most importantly, they look after the tenants. On several occasions they have gone the extra mile by dealing with difficult developers, chasing replacement fixtures and fittings and negotiating with contractors; all for a very reasonable fee. Would highly recommend.

The man who came to veiw the house was very rude, didnt even take his shoes off and, valued it really low compared to 2 other estate agents. We adivsed him what the other quotes were and he said we wont get that price said ring him if we he was wrong and walked out! Not the way to do business!
