Most of the staff have an attitude problem, always miserable and one young man working there even shoved past me with no apology.When I shop there they treat me like I've massacred their loved ones.
Strange behaviour, won't shop there anymore horrible atmosphere,they make me feel very uncomfortable.

I shop here regularly and have been concerned by the security guard in this store. He stands by the door, his mask pulled down to allow him to speak at length on his mobile. Today I said to him that he should wear the mask. He ignored me and carried on with his call. Not good practice during the pandemic.

It’s a small one from the chain and it’s not well equipped but for a quick shopping is fine. Don’t really like the beggars that are staying like doorman and forcing you to walk around them. Also the security guy follow me always like u am a suspect in a milk section..... kind of pathetic and that’s why many times I just simply prefer to pay a bit more and go to M&S !!!

This will be a review for quality of service rather than quality of products. I usually order online but just because I was quite busy I went in person to this particular Sainsbury's.
I started scanning my items and it was already obvious that it would take ages to finish and pack. Suddenly, a polite assistant named Chad asked me to move to the till where he could scan the items for me instead. Not only he scanned all of my groceries in an efficient manner, he packed everything for me as well.
I was beyond grateful ofc but also happy that I was able to encounter such brilliant service at my local little supermarket. I'm glad that retailers also take the initiative to help you even if the client doesn't attempt to ask for it.

Absolutely awful! The ATM outside is swallowing peoples cards & apparently whilst the staff know this, nobody not even the manager is allowed to put a sign on it to say its not working. They are all watching people doing it rather than coming out & helping. We are now stuck with no card or money due to their actions!!!! Its a sainsburys & sainsburys bank so it is their responsibility even though i know they cant open the machine! They should have called the bank to tell them of the fault & put up a sign,its not illegal to do so its the polite thing to do. Lots of people are going to have a miserable weekend now!!
