Today I have ordered sandwich with 3 types of chceese, ham and mustard I have received only with cheese when I have asked if they can make me the sandwich that I have ordered the waitress have putted ham next to my plate When I have asked if I can have a proper sandwich they have made me sandwich with only ham When I again asked why I do not received the sandwich that I have ordered lady said that she did not do this sandwich so is not her mistake I was really disappointed as other people got really nice looking with all ingredients sandwich The sandwich cost £6.5 so it was quite expensive for what I have received.

I'd asked for the cheese, chilli and coppa toasted sandwich but received just just a toasted cheese sandwich with tons of chopped chillies in. Not only was it crazy spicy it took 15 mins to make and there wasn't even anyone in front of us in the queue! It did take 2 attempts as the first one got forgotten about and was burnt. I ended up having to sprint to my train and only just made it. Also 6 quid for a basic toasted cheese sandwich?

Coffee has decent taste but served Luke warm. Not close to being hot enough.

Horrible experience here. First they got my order wrong, then when I ask if I'd been over charged the lady just throws the money at me without actually answering my question. 5 minutes later, the very same lady comes to my table and accuses me of lying about being over charged! She began to rant on about how she would be low on her stock count because of the bit of avocado she had incorrectly refunded me for. Having worked in a restaurant myself I know how stocks work and there is no way a bit of smashed avocado would affect your stock levels...And my manager would die of shame if I asked a customer for £1.50 back after I get her order wrong in the first place! No idea where these people get their training. Complete lack of customer service in this place.

One of the ladies is lovely, one other is a miserable cow. Food is always lovely but the latte always Luke warm, but awesome quality.

I have to get a train from round here quite often, and I love coming to the deli counter to buy the scotch eggs. They have vegetarian ones, which are made from identifiable beans and grain (not TVP) and are seriously good. Carnivore boyfriend assures me the meaty ones (of which you can get classic, chilli, black pudding and a few more I can't remember) are top notch. Certainly worth a try for £3 an egg

Slow service, inefficient processes, you have to queue TWICE, once to get your food then ANOTHER time to pay! Extremely annoying if you have a train to catch!

Got a chocolate which looked quite good but was very expensive and tasted worse then a normal milk chocolate. The milk shake was okay but the price was equivalent to my daily lunch of a sandwich or toasted baguette. One of the staff called Kat was very rude and seemed to be in a terrible hurry forgetting all basic politeness. Will never go back to this shop.

No filter coffee : several signs around claim they have filter coffee, but they never have it when I ask :(

Nice spot to pick up some healthy fresh treats for your train ride, although because of the freshness of their stock, they sometimes might have run out of your faves (cold-pressed juices for example).

Food is good and so is coffee, but don't come here for the electric outlets like i've read previously, half of them won't work and when you'll acknowledge it to the staff and management, they'll avoid eye contact and make you understand they don't really give a ****. Awkward hospitality...

I haven't been very impressed with the coffee or matcha latte here. The matcha latte was far too milky, in my opinion and, unlike most places serving a matcha latte, Sourced charge for non-dairy. The service has been a little grumpy on each of my visits. On the upside, they do have an excellent variety of health foods and snacks

Poor set up; 1340 on a Sat, with a queue out the door i use the outside toastie-stand but have to pay inside. Service is slow as one lady does her best while two others are on break. Staff were friendly though, recommend a till on toastie-stand to ease pressure. Toastie is billed as 'French onion soup in a toastie' but tastes like eating a jar of very sweet onion relish which overpowers any cheese. Not worth £6. Very disappointed, will not return.

Great coffee in the morning, food is fresh and locally sourced. I always enjoy picking up a craft beer or two on a Friday for the train home!!

Nice selection of craft beers, with a focus on London breweries. Quite a bit more expensive than other bottle shops, but good for the convenience.

Pretentious for no good reason. Way too slow to wait customers (if you didn't notice, this is a train station) and awful coffee. Never again.

Up until today I have called sourced my fav coffee shop in london. It’s pricey but delicious. However I’ve had to change my diet recently and now can’t have diary. I just discovered that sourced charge an extra 50p for oat milk! Outrageous. £3.50 for a coffee? I’ll make that mistake once. And once only. I’m only gonna buy tea from them from now on until I can get my free 10th drink, and then get the largest oatiest coffee. And after that I will stick with Pret.
