They believe in championing small, local producers and helping to make their produce available to everyone at a fair price. "We're independent and we like working with independent producers". Their team is also knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, making fantastic food available in a convenient and affordable way.

I'm usually quite critical of station food outlets as they are usually overpriced and unfriendly. This place is neither. I only had a croissant and another snack but it was really good and the staff were really helpful. There was no queue. Their range of food on offer is really impressive as it's all very well chosen high-end stuff that you'd find in the best delicatessens. And everything is very well lit. It looks and feels great and enhances the station, lifting it out of the grip of the unhealthy/unfriendly fast food joints.

Employees are not wearing masks but chatting while making coffee. I’ve seen a mouse coming out from this store before the lockdown too. Not sure if I ever want to go back. Edit: I understand that employees need to communicate but I do not appreciate them taking about their personal life without any face covering while making coffee. I don’t think the staff her cleaned hands either before she started coffee, after they processed the payment. Starbucks employees at least wear masks and gloves.

Always a bit of a wait but well worth it. Delicious hot chocolate, tasty selection of pasties & cakes. If you're gluten feee check out the barrows outside, usually stuffed full of delicious goodies.

Went to the pasta place outside of the main shop. Made it clear to them that I'm trying to make my order 10 quid to make my discount work on my credit card. They tried to help but ended up charging me 2 quid short. The other one who's making the pasta was giving me attitude the whole time. IDK what they were saying in Italian. They also gave me the wrong order, which was something I can't eat. Only noticed when I got home. None of the employees wore mask. Please avoid.

Great place, very friendly staff and fantastic customer service. Payment system wasn't working on Wednesday, so they kindly offered me my sandwich for free. Will be back in future!

Interesting concept - excellent coffee and baked goods within St Pancras. Good ambience, interesting layout. Courteous staff and tables get cleared quickly.

Delicious salads and pies on offer, as well as a selection of sandwiches I have yet to try. I often pick up a beer or wine here every day there before the train or to take with me. Service can be a little slow, but they make sure they have the staff at busy times of day.

Not worth your money and time. The food is too cheaply made for what they charge. I paid £4.20 for an Avo Pot, which contained a ton of baked beans, 5 spinach leaves, an egg and 1/4 of a rather tiny avocado. I don't believe they spent £0.50 making it this pot. The taste was very ordinary too. Not a sprinkle of any condiments to mask the tin taste of the beans. The oat milk flat white was good though.

Nobody is wearing masks in this place. Saw employees laughing over the food. Is this really happening? Asked the employee why no one is wearing masks to which she replied: We, as a team decided together we don’t want to wear masks. Shut this place down. So disrespectful to the old and weak.

On my way in to work last night, I went for my coffee.... at Source which I have been using for many years. I didn't realise that I had two reward cards both with stamps on so last night I tried to claim my free coffee only to be told that I couldn't have it! The young guy serving me told me that "it's not going to work" so I said that he could take both cards from me, and then give me a new card back with the remaining stamps on it. That made perfect sense to me and everyone in the queue but no, I was refused! So I explained it again but he still refused to give me my free coffee! He then told me that for me to get my free coffee, I would need to keep purchasing coffee until either card was full! Seriously!!!! Maybe I will be getting my coffee from Starbucks in future! Disappointing.

Great selection of luxury chocolate and often a good selection of artisan bread, lovely cakes and pastries and sandwiches. Has an interesting selection of less commonly found soft drinks worth checking out also. Great management and recommended!

I have many fond memories of Sourced Market. They sell a wide range of quality, healthy foods, and many that are not so:) Most importantly they sell fine tasting coffee.

As tourists from '''the north' we had kind of gotten used to being ignored, tutted at and pushed out of the way after our few days there, on our last evening we decided to grab a coffee for our train ride home as we were feeling very weary, my faith in the goodness of people was restored! We were served by the most lovely young man who was so friendly and welcoming and he absolutely made my day! A few Londoners could do with taking a leaf from this man's book, excellent customer service! It was the evening of the 22nd August.

The stock is obviously gorgeous but the self-serve pastries at the till are weird - if you’re paying £6 for a coffee and croissant you don’t really expect to have to bag it up yourself. It feels a bit rude when you place your order and the staff tell you ‘you get it yourself’. Coffee was nice but lukewarm. Staff didn’t seem very happy to fix the problem when highlighted.

Laughably expensive: had the pasta from the pop-up. The bowl was a generous size. The portion was not: filled approximately one-third of the bowl. So £10 exactly for a starter size portion of pasta.

Brilliant coffee. Funny ladies on the coffee bar just outside the shop this morning. Its busy with seats inside and outside. Delicious selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, coffee, wine and beer all at the same time at a reasonable price for such a location. happy team and speedy service. Fascinating one stop shop!! Will be back soon

Amazing scotch egg and pecan brownie. Ate at the table outside and left a Whistles bag with my new dress for my brothers wedding. Didn’t realise I’d forgotten it until half way down the road! Called and thankfully staff were super helpful and kept it for me until I came back. Lifesavers! Thanks for great food and service x

Miserable looking staff. Blank face when asked where cutlery was as though I wasn’t good enough to be asking her a question. The pause and stare after eye contact when I’d asked my question was strange to say the least. Till lady asked me to recite what I’d ordered to her despite her already having scanned it all and put it in the bag she was holding?! Stale bagels because they’re all left out. Cappuccino very average. Expect ordinary station tat dressed up as some rural market. Truly awful. And expensive.

I was going to buy pasta and then noticed that the person who was serving me was wearing a big fur trim - a dog and rabbit hair - obviously you cant legislate as to what people wear but 85% of the British public are against wearing fur and I dont want to be buying food when I can see blood and guts before my eyes. Monday morning at about 11.30.

There is no doubt that Sourced Market is not a place to go if you're watching your spending. However, if you want some decent craft beer either from the selection of cans or often on tap, you're in luck. I often pop into this one or others in the chain to pick up a couple of takeaways on the way home from work. I have also spent longer sampling the beer on tap whilst enjoying their fine food. The one in St Pancras can be quite cold during winter months with little heating, which can be a drawback for some. It can also be difficult to find a seat and /or table, which can be a pain. However, it would always be my first point of call if in the area.

Fantastic juices, great raw + vegan salads and lots more. Would be 5 stars if they hadn't just put milk in my coffee without checking. Didn't find out til too late and can't drink it - what a waste! Will definitely keep going back for the amazing juice though.

Extremely overpriced, understocked, and hit or miss on whether or not the staff are extremely chirpy and friendly or cool and dismissive. The coffee station is always crowded and untidy. I used to think this was a good place to grab coffee and a bite at St Pancreas but I've changed my mind. Rather go to Pret for consistent quality and service.

Disaster. Worst customer service, coffee is a hit-and-miss (I got a flat white that was hot enough to boil an egg inside), oh ups and also found a hair inside (they happily exchanged it; the coffee not the hair ????) It seems it's not doing greatly as the quantity of the items is greatly diminished. Forgot to mention that's also super expensive. Which I understand. Probably you need to spend a month's salary to rent a toilet in Kings Cross. I also appreciate bringing local products and supporting small food start-ups. That's why I'm a customer. Alas, you won't keep me for very long with such behaviour and inconsistent quality though. Train your people, pay them, explain them about your ingredients, let them try food and make them feel proud to work for you.

What a shame. Used to have the best coffee and pastries for miles around but the coffee seems to have gone downhill and the pastries are more like bread. Not the premium place it once was.

Sunday morning so perhaps not at it's best but this Sourced seemed very disorganised considering the number of staff. Tables hadn't been cleared and there was a more limited range of hot food than on the board. Coffee was good but took a long time and was jus placed on the side of the counter. I had to ask for the tap water bottles to be filled, all four of them were empty. Not the sort of experience that would make me want to rush back. Which is a pity because previously I've found Sourced to be a good place for food and drink.

Nice bits to chew on and drink. Those with I tolerances.... Just read ingredients. Not impressed by the use of a microwave and the volume of gluten foods. Confused as to why they sell gluten laced and then super clean alongside each other.

This morning the coffee shop was great. I go there quite regularly for a coffee, which is brilliant, and the service is good. Today everyone was in a great mood and super efficient. I would recommend if you're going past.

Went here on a recommendation, the food and coffee was very nice. However, the service was not, with the exception of the barista ( 22nd July ) disorganised, slow, particularly at the checkout. Hot food from deli isn't labelled. Heated food gets lost when transferred to checkout. This is highlighted by the fact that this is a busy station - where a high proportion of people need efficient service.

Stop here every morning for my coffee and smoked salmon bagel. Delicious food and always a warm welcome from the team (even at 7am) Real Baristas and real food. So much on offer, lots of colourful things to eat and drink.

Terrible customer service, truly shocking. I was stood behind a girl asking if she could be served quickly as she had a train to catch, at first she asked very politely and then still politely did end up raising her voice as the staff deliberately took longer to serve her. Then the manager came over and started shouting at her, accusing her of screaming at her staff - when she had only raised her voice and remained polite throughout. Meanwhile I was stood behind her and also in a rush and had to wait even longer while the one person serving food behind the counter very obviously took longer to serve her because she'd dared to ask them to serve quickly. You're in a train station, some people will be in a rush, if they're polite this shouldn't irk you! Then I felt really sorry for the girl when after being asked 5 times what she'd ordered and after very clearly telling them 5 times what she ordered exclaimed "I don't know how else to explain it" to be accused of being racist! It quite clearly was not a racist comment, I'm not sure I'd have responded any differently after answering a simple question with a simple clear answer 5 times! Meanwhile, the whole time, I'm stuck behind her also waiting and also getting close to missing my train. I am a regular at the Marylebone store which is a lot better and just so happened to be passing through St Pancras, next time that happens I will not be stopping here, it's made me think twice about ever visiting the Marylebone store again - disgusting service.
