Clean and bright space. Provides not only their products but also selected brands. I appreciate the brands they pick for customers and present a cohesive atmosphere which matches the idea of the store.
Pricey but definitely tasteful foods. I had cauliflower salad which is simply beautiful. Nice dressing and fresh ingredients.
I like how they provide their biodegradable utensils with big signs of “not plastic” which can educate consumers in a visual way.
Many people said that I met rude staffs but not my experience this time. Would love to come back again and experience their services and foods to give a more fair judgement. But I’m glad with what I have so far.

Best coffee in the area and best healthy breakfast .
Freshly squeezed juice is missing in the healthy many that they offer but you can get same super food drink the the bottle.
Also I would say if they would serve warm food - just few dishes - I would go there more often . For fast breakfast lunch or coffee is the nicest lace to go. Also service is excellent!

Nice food but overpriced and staff is absolutely terrible - very rude. If I were management I would fire the two men who serve at the counter as I watched them with everyone and they snarled at everyone and treated people with remarkable disdain. Unfortunate as really nice food otherwise. Nowhere comfortable to sit so more a place for takeout. Yes overpriced too - but would be worth it if experience were better as food is fresh and good.

Not impressed with salads - didn’t taste fresh, drenched in oil which made them heavy and unhealthy. Seriously overpriced - the salads are done by weight! There was one member of staff who was nice and asked how my experience was but the rest of the counter staff were nasty. £15 for a small salad selection in a paper box, plastic cutlery.... not worth it.

This place is great for all natural food and drinks. The products sold here are of the best quality and they also have nutrient-packed foods that are made fresh. Good atmosphere with views looking over a square garden. A go to place if you're looking to drink and/or eat light and clean and take a few healthy snacks with you when you leave.

Food is delicious and well prepared. Space is gorgeous and clean. The experience to actually make a purchase is something else entirely. Haphazard and poorly designed, the queues poorly indicated, the staff ignores you for 10 minutes even as you stand at the till and they look you in the eyes (I timed it). Don’t come wanting a quick lunch... even the prepare lunch boxes take at least 10 minutes to purchase. That combined with relatively high prices make this a pass for me.

A great selection of salads, food and drinks!! We went for lunch and tried all the dishes prepared that day. Each salad was different from the other with it's own unique flavours and texture. The service was excelent. I strongly recommend Nathalie to anyone who enjoys fresh, healthy and tasty food (Who doesn't right?) perfect for "eat in" or take away

Had what was a regular sized salad portion and chose from the counter. I knew it would be quite pricey as the pricing is so confusing when you are ordering- it is priced per dish but then they also weigh it at the end so who knows. However, when I got to the till it was.... £18.99 for a salad and small sparkling water.

I picked the SMALLER of the 2 boxes that were offered and it wasn't even 2/3 full. I had a small amount of chicken on rye bread and about 1/4 of a fillet of salmon in the salad so the price cannot be even justified by a large quantity of meat and fish.There were so many staff standing around, and yet the service was quite slow. The pricing is hard to work out when you are ordering so it is easy to lose track of how much you are buying. For example at the end there are a couple of pesto style additions and next to it was the price of £2.50. They spooned a 2 teaspoons into the box. I assumed that the cost would be per 50g or something, but alas it was per serving, and so I spent £2.50 on 2 teaspoons of pesto. Just ridiculous.
I suppose it is my own fault for making assumptions, but I feel that the pricing structure is misleading and confusing.
To be fair, the staff were friendly, the food was quite nice (nothing mind blowing however) it has a nice interior, and obviously a lot of thought has been put into the concept, but I was completely ripped off. Wont be back.

I popped in just before lunch today for a coffee with a friend. It was a really good coffee. I was then meeting a work contact for lunch and thought why not stay at Nathalie instead of moving somewhere else - the food all looked so delicious. But bizarrely enough they do not have any customer toilets. So I had to leave because well, I needed to, you know...go. I get that it's supposed to be more of a takeaway vibe but even the most basic of takeaway places tend to have toilets.

I took 4 small dishes: the soba noodles, the radicchio salad, the potatoes with padron peppers and the grain salad. Miraculously all of them tasted of nothing but vinegar and overpowering spring onion, except for the potatoes and radicchio which in addition also tasted acrid and bitter. It was literally inedible. It was also super expensive. It’s a shame as I was really excited to try this place and really wanted to love it. It’s probably one of the most beautifully designed food spaces in London, but sadly this place was all style over substance. If they focused as much on the food as they did on the design it would’ve been great but that wasn’t the case. Save your money and AVOID!
