The product quality is really poor just as their customer service. We ordered Polar Wind Plus ac which arrived faulty and did not work. Had to wait for a faulty ac to be collected and were not offered a replacement, had to stay without the AC in extremely hot weather. When a replacement arrived, it was a different AC and still not working properly, it is leaking and has damaged our floor. Tried to contact their manager a number of times, but so far no help. Would not recommend this company and their products.
