This by far has been the worst practice I have had the misfortune to have been registered with. Three years of work on one tooth and still left with an open cavity, temporary fillings that only last couple of days. Dentists coming and then leaving the practice shortly after (one could only assume it's because they have come to the realisation the practice is terrible and will only blacken their name) going off sick all the time, double bookings, leaving poor results, cancelled appoiments, then re booking them for months down the line, taking money for work they haven't done then requesting I write a letter for a refund! Lies about sending reminders the list goes on! I strongly recommend using another practice, the only reason they have a single star rating from my self is one perticular reception at least had the decency to apologise on ONE occasion.

We have recently left the practice. We have found the service very sketchy - cancelled appointments on us for unacceptable reasons more than once and the advice and diagnosis' have been unreliable certainly on one occasion but we think there are other occasions where we have been misinformed. They have had issues with staffing over the years and I fear this will continue so we have now left. Receptionists - they have been like playing a game of Russian Roulette with at times and whilst efforts have been made to resolve issues in this area - it's too little too late and just compounds our experience at the surgery.

Not helpful at all..my little girl of 12 was 1 min late and could see the doc...she had a appointment canceled by THEM due to doc being ill, and was put down as a missed appointment..so they took her off the list..i sat there 3/4 of a hour and this is ok..then due to work reasons i can only every 9 to 12 months..been ok for 6 years...now seem its not..and also took of list..would it be to do with me having a little word...
