Used the new sign in portal easily, both before attending and to sign in for my appointment. Everything clearly explained in the email I received from the surgery.
Will admit I was nervous about attending, instantly put at ease by the lovely receptionist.
They have put everything in place to keep the patients and themselves safe.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere...as always.

The new Covid19 system worked very well. I was able to upload my details before the visit and after checking in via my phone 'on line', I was greeted at the door at the time of my appointment. I found the whole experience faultless and felt safe throughout.

I have been with this dental practice for a few years now and have always received excellent friendly service. During the pandemic I required treatment and was given an appointment straight away. The treatment I received was excellent and the staff as always very helpful and friendly. The procedures put in place for Covid are very good and put me at ease I must say a special thank you to Amy on reception I had to rearrange my follow up appointment twice due to family illness and Amy was very kind and understanding.

Would definitely recommend this dental practice. Their online checking in system is excellent very easy to use and the whole process from the moment you arrive and leave is very well organised. I am a nervous patient but the dentist and dental nurses are always very patient and supportive during the appointment. I felt completely safe having an appointment during lockdown and reassured by the procedures they have put in place for Covid.

Had a check up today all went well. The practice was very safe and all wore PPE. Prior to attending a questionnaire was completed and a check in service was used prior to entry which ensured patient numbers was adhered too. Dr Chand went through everything with me and asked my permission before proceeding I felt well protected all through my appointment

I would like to say I recently went to see Mr Chand and I was really impressed with the way things were executed, everything was done very professionally and all in line with the Covid rules. I had no fear or anxiety to go for a follow up appointment.

My family and I had an appointment on Tuesday 12.01.21, and I can honestly say, we felt very safe at every step, from coming in to the practice, treatment and leaving. Of course face masks needed to be worn, Hand sanitiser was given at entrance, temperature was taken and a questionnaire given. Receptionists wearing masks and visors made sure that appropriate distance was kept. Dr Chand and his assistant were very professional and wore the expected PPE. After treatment everything was wiped down and it was made sure that it was safe for me to exit the treatment room. Payment was via card. Perfect, I am very happy to recommend. Well done to all at the Borrowash Dental Clinic.

Normal dentist for me, I was concerned with Covid. However the children & I went for a check up today (Saturday as they are opening extra to see people) and felt very safe with all the Covid processors in place. Still the friendly dentist as always.

Had my first check up appointment today for a year due to the pandemic and I was most impressed. Every precaution has been taken to ensure Covid safety with screen, thermometer, hand sanitizer and masks. Anil looks like an extra from Star Wars but don't let that frighten you, it is very effective protection when closely examining your pearly whites. I felt very safe. Thank you

I recently visited the practice after damaging a tooth. The care and attention I received at such an upsetting time was heartwarming and very much appreciated. All the staff were so caring and efficient and the treatment I received from Dr Chand was amazing. I was seen very quickly and also received a call from him the next day to check how I was getting on. The systems they have put in place because of Covid made me feel safe and I had no concerns about attending the practice in these unprecedented times. Thanks again to Amy on Reception and Dr Chand assisted by Katie, for everything they’ve done and for giving me my smile back.

Dr Nugman Matloob is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. He has given me my smile and confidence back. He listened to what I needed in a small denture and got it perfect. As a nhs paitent I can't fault the practice. The receptionists and other staff are great too.

Very upsetting experience.
The first two appointments went well ( apart from being told I had cancelled the apt' when I had never contacted them).
I found the dentist to be thorough and pleasant. I suffer with chronic episodic cluster headaches and am nervous having drilling etc done as this can often start an attack which is excruciating and life changing for days. The dentist was gentle and kind so it would be wrong to say otherwise on that score.
My problem started when I tried to ring the surgery on 25th July to confirm my next day apt' time but was unable to get through at least twenty times..no probs, they're very busy.. the next day I rang and on the sixth time got through to be told my appointment had been missed the previous day therefore as I am NHS I would be struck off and would have to find another dentist.
Then I found the card which clearly shows the day and time I thought..(26th) I rang them elated and expected an apology and a new appointment. WRONG! I was told I had to write a letter to the dentist himself apologizing, enclosing the card...I burst into tears and was very upset. They couldn't care less that it was their own mistake and after the attitude and wanting ME to apologize (!!!!) I was less confident to ever have these people near my mouth again. This upset me so much I went into episode and was very ill for the rest of the week. I now have to summon up the courage to find another dentist taking NHS and am missing a front tooth as my temporary crown only lasted 16 hrs. This has been very upsetting and I am now stuck like this until I find another practice, as there are waiting lists for NHS in many areas.
The girls on reception were very kind on my previous visits but I think this incident was handled appallingly with zero compassion and none of it was my fault.... THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING. This made me ill.
