Carisbrooke Dental Practice

I have have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years and my children and husband attend too. I have found the level of expertise and professionalism to be first class. This practice is about oral health and providing the best care for their patients. It is not a practice that pushes cosmetic procedures (thank goodness). It is not cheap but you will be in excellent hands!

Having been a loyal client, it seems the service has somewhat become completely downhill, Addressed by an extremely rude lady, Claire, I waited in the old lounge, which I was disgusted by, no furniture, boxes of wine which is totally unacceptable followed by huge boxes of deliveries.

Great place, front end staff are nice, dentist Jeremy was nice, highly recommend, might need a sign to 'wait outfront of the premises until prompted' as I was abruptly stopped from entering while waiting at the buzzer in an inertia state. (They do send you notice in an email, but I check it once a week and it was 3 days prior)

Always a pleasure, even for a visit to the dentist! I have been a patient of the practice for a number of years, and have always had a positive experience. I was slightly worried about visiting through the pandemic but the effort of all the staff and the customer experience was excellent and quickly put me at ease. The work I received for my chipped tooth from Chris was excellent, as it always has been, and was well explained throughout the procedure. Highly recommend! Thanks????

I have had a fair amount of dental work here and I have to say, this practice is fantastic. The dentists are highly skilled - I have seen 3 of them (so far!) and the hygienist and had excellent work done by them all. Reception staff are friendly. Sometimes however they do run over and there can be a little bit of a wait before your appointment. I recommend this practice to all my friends/family - you get what you pay for and when all’s said and done, looking after your teeth is important.

Went to this fantastic practice today as I was suffering with bleeding teeth. Monica saw me and diagnosed the issue within minutes and started treatment . Asked me if I needed injection to numb the pain but I declined kindly. She explained what she was going to do before starting to use her tools. Made me feel at ease as i was fine getting nervous. Every so often she stopped to ask if I was ok and continued treating me. Very efficient very friendly and got the job done to a high level standard compared to other dentist ive been to. All staff were friendly. Fantastic workmanship. I'd recommend to anyone . Mr Patel

Was very disappointed by service which i received from that practice. First disappointment was that dental practice decided to charge me day before my appointment (what is actually not correct and not acceptable to ask card details for client,) Fine, payed 80£, I expected at least 20 min service, consultation, clear information about everything what I’ve got in a current situation. As a result i came there in time, 5 min before my appointment, waited inside for 15 min(which is not acceptable according Covid 19 regulations)i got confirmation that i need to pull this teeth out because he can’t give me any guarantee that he can fix it, at the same time doctor tried to check other teeth(I don’t know how he did not discovered 3 additional holes) In a common consultation was 10 minutes, he did not asked me do i want any kind of medicine on my teeth, because i am still in pain, he did not manage my next appointment, he just decided to send me for a pulling in NHS dental clinic. But I discovered it few days later, when i called to receptionist again, before it was promised that they will call me back as soon as possible and inform me about doctors decision, as a result few days later i called by myself. Still can not understand for what i payed 80£.????????‍♀️Checked internet sources, as the result, any private practice they can charge you till 65£ per consultation, but not 80£. In official website no price list for treatments(at least gradation prices must be, i mean approximately prices) My first and last time, receptionist personal is rude not confident at all. I have an excellent experience right from the start when I called for an appointment. The reception was very polite and informative. They explained about changes in my appointment due to Covid-19 measures, and I knew what to expect before my visit which make feel reassure. Last week, when I arrived at the surgery, I was warmly greeted by an incredibly friendly staff, and the practice looks beautifully presented, and well designed to prevent any risk of infection. I felt safe to be there and comfortable. I had appointment with my hygienist Sheikha Nassor, and as always, she was very professional and kind. Both Sheika and her assistant were wearing full PPE, and the consultation room was spotless clean and included air filters. Throughout my appointment, I received a proficient service and guidance. To sum-up: great service, hospitable and very good communication. Highly recommended.

I am a relatively new patient to this practice having only visited three times I can say each time has been a pleasure. My treatment was explained in great detail with the dentist and dental nurse offering reassurance at each stage. The dentist was extremely kind and attentive ensuring I was entirley happy before leaving the room. The practice itself is very clean and well organised with the current climate I belive they have done everything possible to remain covid safe and protect staff and patients. The reception staff were extremely friendly and ensured I was kept up to date when the dentist ran a little over time. I would highly recommend a visit to this practice.

Right from the reception to the treatments, the service is fantastic. Very professional, yet friendly in their approach and most importantly, they are great at what they do. I have had dental check-ups and impressions that were comprehensive and explanations that made sense as to why my teeth were the way they were. Additionally, I saw the hygienist a couple of times and am very happy with how my teeth looked following these visits. I also received good advise for promoting oral hygiene. I am not surprised at to why this practice has received glowing reviews and would highly recommend booking in!

Went here for an X-Ray as my local dentist doesn't have one. Building is very impressive. Service was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I have used this dental practise for a good few years now. Fiona (the dentist) and Jo (the hygienist) look after me and welcome you in as a friend. They make you feel completely at ease. I have never experienced this kind of care and attention at any previous dentists I have visited. Thank you guys!

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the dental treatment I received from Dr Fiona Phillips. I was explained my treatment plan clearly and felt at ease with her. I highly recommend her for the expertise and professionalism, without a doubt this is the best dental practice I have visited.

I was becoming concerned that the dental care I was receiving was becoming too reactive and improvement and prevention were very much of secondary importance. A family member suggested I visited Carisbrooke. From the outset I was very impressed indeed with how I was received. Time was taken to fully assess my dental health and then discuss fully with me the possible courses of treatment. I did not feel under pressure to agree to anything and my numerous questions were answered clearly and simply. As a result I had complete confidence in the treatment plan that was drawn up and implemented. My opinion is that I have received and will continue to receive treatment of the highest order. My teeth have been stabilised and their overall condition improved out of all bounds.

In my opinion this is the best private dental practice in the UK and they have been my dentist all my life. A centre of excellence where people are referred to for their expertise also from Europe etc. Also excellent for normal routine dental work. Everyone is very friendly and nervous people put at ease. Recently they helped Taylor a friend of mine and i would like to thank everyone at the practice for all their help and in particular Drs Havinder, Jeremy, Mike, Neil Francis and Brenda, the practice manager . My experience of Carisbrooke has been highly positive. Nothing was too much trouble and they treated me like a VIP! Dr Jeremy McCahill has been looking after my teeth for some time now and I would highly recommend him.

Sadly over many years I have visited numerous dentists. Carisbrooke has been by far the best and cannot be faulted in my opinion.Friendly staff and superb treatment and nothing too much trouble.

I was recommended Carisbrooke by friend when I had a problem with a filling. I suffer with a mild phobia of dentists. I found their customer service excellent, the treatment personalised and professional.

I've have been a patient at Carisbrooke for a number of years and have always found the staff friendly, professional and helpful.
