I’m giving a 3 because NP are very forward facing, the front desk receptionist is extremely friendly. However the people who check you in are the rudest individuals, it’s a cancer center you think there would be some compassion. Even the security guards have compassion. Someone needs to provide these people checking temperatures and appt. some serious customer service skills ...terrible terrible terrible customer service. I’d say it’s right there with Walmart customer service

1 star only for the valet department because one of their associate scrapped my front left rim and said nothing to me. I found out once I left the premises, drove back (same day) hour and a half just to show the damage and met with Chad (Supervisor). I filled out the report and was told the claim department will contact me but took about almost a month to get back to me. Incident happened on early December 2019 and got response around January 2020. Because I left the premises, they SAID they can't accept my claim and was rejected. I'm just disappointed on how the whole situation was looked at by their claim department. I know that things like this happens all the time but I feel like they didn't even put a effort to resolve my claim.

Cigarettes gave my husband cancer. MD Anderson at Cooper's radiation treatments killed my husband. And when Dr. Gregory Kubicek couldnt help my husband, they abandoned us. No one fights cancer alone?? Ha!! We did and my husband died the most debilitating horrible death that NO ONE should have to suffer through.

Great doctors. Still waiting for my mom to start chemotherapy when she has stage 4 cancer and time is not on her side that's not cool.

One of the surgeons here went on a surprise vacation a week before my dad's surgery. That was the week where he went from good to just as bad as he was before chemo/radiation. He died 2.5 months after surgery because the cancer was microscopic and had spread. Well it certainly spread during vacation week, that was apparent! The staff was trash, completely unprofessional. The night before he died he was suffering for hours because they messed up his medicine. Nobody returned our calls for days, not even the coordinator. Absolute nightmare. I just wish i tried harder to talk him out of it. This is a BUSINESS. They DO NOT care about your health. Pay attention. Maybe I'll share more later. Where's the option for 0 stars?

They are nice people but they don't know what they're doing. My son was being treated for colon cancer from June to December and made absolutely no progress in shrinking the tumors. During that time the tumor actually grew and they didn't know that was happening because they didn't perform timely imaging to check it. He has now been moved to U Penn for a clinical trial and l pray that it's not too late

I am a cancer patient at MD Anderson and my family and I can’t say enough good things about the care and treatment I receive from Dr. Hageboutrous and his team. It seems that most of the time people leave reviews anywhere they are negative, and people who are happy with a facility don’t take the time to leave reviews. I was diagnosed with incurable stage IV metastatic colon cancer a year and half ago at a different hospital facility and had a second opinion at MD Anderson and a third at another cancer hospital. My chemo treatments are palliative only, and since having surgery and chemo I have felt well enough to travel and enjoy life again. Dr. Hageboutrous explains everything in lay terms, shows me my CT scan pictures and answers every question we have had. He is very caring. I don’t feel like a number there - I am treated like a friend.

One thing that I like the most it is that they have free valet parking for the patients so they don't have to worry about the parking ticket and how much it cost, they just have to focus on what really matters... to get better. Doctors, nurses and the hospital personal that works here are just amazing and very nice, they do care for the patients that needs them, informs them about everything they should know and let them feel very comfortable and confident with all the procedures, schedules, tests and labs that they have to go thru.

If I could give this cancer center negative stars I would. If you want your family member to live do not send them to Cooper in Camden. The doctors are not on one accord and definitely did not fight for my aunt to live. They claimed she had cancer but admitted they were unsure. Another center had to advise Cooper to run a biopsy to confirm if it was indeed cancer. By the time they actually confirmed the illness the cancer had spread and my aunt had become so weak that she would not have been able to handle treatment. However, as my mother kept reiterating with these idiots to test her while she still had strength they could have provided treatment to her. I honestly believe she would be here today. This hospital caused us soooo much stress! For her final days the hospital kept trying to rush her death. It was an absolute horrible experience. AGAIN if you care about your loved one DO NOT send them here. Everyone in our family stated we will never return to that center again. Every week she had a different doctor and none of them were on the same page. Poor excuse for a medical center. Thankfully we never have to return there again.

We haven't heard from MD Anderson for three months and when we came the doctor yelled at us. My grandma didn't speak english and I was her translator but the doctor didnt trust me so they called an interpreter through the phone and the doctor proceeded to yell at the interpreter and was very rude. I started crying and she stopped being rude. For the next visit, she tried to compliment my hair but I will not forget this experience. Other than the doctor, the nurses were great during the chemotherapy. Giving some stars for the nurses.

Polina khrizman"s team was HORRIBLE!! not truthful about my sister and now she is gone in 4 months!! I don't recommend this cancer center to anyone who has to go through this. It was awful what I saw and the untruthful answers, very distrustful from these professionals. The dr. sent her to the er across the street to get an xray, they had her walk! She got an MRI and they kept her in the tube while my sister was screaming to get her out! They finally came 5 minutes later, still keeping her in the tube because they"just needed a few more pictures" my sister was crying when I saw her! She never cries! On another occasion my sister was in the ER one night and her cancer dr. was on duty in the hospital (because the er nurse called her due to my sister's emergency case) and the dr. didnt have the common courtesy to come down and check on my sister. They get so much money for what????? DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL
