Good shop, friendly staff.
Signage on the way out of the car park is useless, very easy to turn right the wrong way up a one way street. OK if you are local but not for a visitor.

The cheese counter didn't open until 9am I was 30 mins early but a lovely young man from another counter offered to get me what I needed. The staff in this store are always incredibly helpful and polite.

A great local Waitrose with a good selection of top quality produce, and I felt safe and enjoyed shopping here even during the current pandemic with Covid measures taken seriously, trolleys cleaned and social distancing adhered to. Good sushi counter too.

THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR COLEAGUES - LEWES Waitrose always has at least 4 employees who do no wear masks - its a small store- local Aldi and Tesco's and larger Hollingbury Asda combined do not have that many non mask wearing front line staff. It is different staff so there must be an exceptionally high ratio of EXEMPT mask wearers- I have told Waitrose several times and I think they have employed more non mask wearing employees they do not care

Was in less than half hour ago. My friend was paying for his goods and the woman serving was very rude and abrasive to him. Makes me want to shop elsewhere. No social distancing and people just push you out the way if they want the same as you

The prices to expensive. The big companies such Waitrose, Tesco , Aldi etc..m should understand the struggles of the actual society considering the 2 years of lockdown and to reduce the prices. Actually they are making big profits and raised the prices up!

This supermarket have got it completely right in terms of managing numbers allowed in at one time. Food is more expensive than other supermarkets but they provide a higher quality of produce overall and the wine section is excellent being manned by a lovely knowledgeable gent.

I have a alot of really good friends and the manager's looks after my Disability of Down's syndrome I have not got any symptoms of convid 19 and my female manager Karen is my best friend and a lot of regular customer's are my friends too if they sense that child customers Dart past me whilst working they know that I am Down's syndrome and wear Hearing Aids do the best I can to help other customers

Great click & collect service, I ordered a lovely personalised birthday cake. Althoughvtherexare dedicated parking spaces for click and collect, there was a queue for parking- so leave extra time for this. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful.

It's a very small branch, a bit like an 'Express' version, no chemist any more, otherwise great!
I like Waitrose own brand for entertaining, reliably yum.
I also like the parking and the free coffee.

Lewes Waitrose seems particularly well stocked and has a super wine selection. As usual with John Lewis retail sites, the customer service is excellent. The car park is a bit twisty and turny, but you can't have everything!

Well Google wants me to tell you why I like this place. So it is a supermarket, albeit an up market one. It sells food and alcohol so that is a plus. Car park is a bit cramped and the owners of giant 4x4s don't help with this. I do wonder if any of these have ever been off tarmac and by the reluctance of the drivers to put a couple of wheels on the verge in the narrow lanes that are fairly common around Lewes I suspect very few. But I digress so better stop my verbal meandering.
