Large selection of mowers. A helpful and knowledgeable member of staff was able suggest the best machines would be suitable for the tasks required. A mower was purchased and an agreed delivery was arranged. The machine was delivered as arranged ready for use together with oil and fuel. Would recommend.

I wanted to buy two robotic lawn mowers (front & back garden). Once they were open, I visited their showroom and was introduced to their wide range of mowers by Adrian and (based on their advice and recommendation) decided to purchase two Stihl iMow 422.
Prior to delivery, the owner Steve, agreed to visit me at my home to discuss the suitability of a robotic mower for my garden, and then came around a second time and at no cost for his time, laid fresh turf all around the edges of my garden to ensure that the iMow would provide the best cut to the edges, whilst minimising any additional strimming I might have needed to do. He spent almost the entire day on my lawn.
Their service and focus on the customer has been exemplary. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Some of the other reviews seem a bit harsh to me and fail to recognise the difficulties that Covid presented. Given the chance, they very much want to provide the best service possible.

Would recommend you only visit in person where you will receive excellent customer service. Never call as they say they will ring you back but they never ever do. This has happened on many occasions.

DIABOLICAL SERVICE!
Director discourteous, rude and downright obnoxious in handling complaint of non-delivery of £500 lawnmower ordered, full payment upfront demanded, refund provided after being told delivery would not be forthcoming for another 3 weeks. Chased company multiple times over 4 week period when promised call backs which did not materialise. Director stated calls recorded, delighted with this and suggested they were played to staff to demonstrate dire leadership. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE TREATED WITH CONTEMPT!

Please pass my thanks on to your employee who stopped to help my daughter after she skidded off the road and into flood water in Wollaston this morning. His help and reassuring manner was instrumental in preventing what could have been nasty indeed. Sorry, didn't get his name at the time of the incident. Silver/grey van. Nice guy.

Excellent service & very helpful I bought a lawnmower which was sold ready to use it had a pdi and came with a full tank of fuel with free delivery and delivered at the arranged time the delivery driver was very polite & professional and ran through the operating of the machine and price wise it was as cheap as anyone on the internet an excellent local company to deal with and they have a very good range of stock in there shop and were prepared to bring items from there internet warehouse to the shop for me to view thank you very much for your excellent service

Ripped off my grandad. They said his chainsaw was uneconomical to repair so they sold him a brand new one.
I changed the spark plug on his old husquvana and it works perfect..

Purchased a Stihl chainsaw on 6/8/2020 which was listed as 'in stock'. Chased with garden machines on 13/8 as nothing had arrived (they state 3-5 day delivery)
I was advised they had to 'order it in' and it would be dispatched that day. Considering I had been inconvenienced I assumed it would be delivered quickly...... But no. Called today and now the story has changed and they have no idea where it is! Finally I was advised they had no idea when it would be in stock and I've asked to be refunded. Communication from Garden Machines has been non existent, they just seem more interested in taking your money rather than actually delivering any product

Cheapest price for the lawnmower I wanted online, but chose them as they were in the next town. Item delivered by themselves and not a currier after a phone call to check when I’d be in. Mower delivered assembled in full working order and with petrol! All round excellent service.

My parents have used Garden Machines for as long as I can remember, so I decided to pop down when I needed a chainsaw for my wood burner.
There was a wide range of saws in various sizes and brands, luckily there was a young lad there who was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the right one for me. He then made sure I was happy with the maintenance of the saw and once I had purchased it, he even took it into the workshop and ran up the saw so it was ready for me to use!
I would recommend anyone to visit Garden machines!

Do not ever buy from these guys.
Worst customer service i have ever ever encountered, rude and unhelpful and fail to do what they say they will.
Dont bother paying for quick delivery as it wont come earlier than standard delivery....and you wont get any form of compensation.
I would advise any would be buyers to go somewhere else, maybe spend a bit more but get better customer service and a company that helps and delivers goods promptly and keeps their promises.

My Husband and I visited the shop and were overwhelmed with the amount of products available. Spoke to a very knowledgeable salesman, decided on a hayter harrier 41 key start. The machine was prepared whilst we waited, (10 mins) in a comfortable seated area).
