I bought a Honda Izy HRG536 lawnmower recently from this company and it is excellent. It was ordered over the weekend, dispatched on Monday afternoon from Northampton and arrived here in Mid Wales by courier at 11am on the Wednesday. An excellent service. Diolch yn fawr.

Good website, Wanted to get the right machine so visited the shop (40 mile round trip).They have friendly staff that take their time to ensure you get the right machine for your needs and highlight any in-store offers that may be better value .Purchased a Honda izy and was ready to take away in 10 minutes,staff took time to explain all the features of the machine.
Just be wary about the price,was twenty pounds more expensive in store, this was explained that the lower price was internet only.Perhaps they could add this comment to their T&C's on their Website as I checked before going and expected to pay the price that was shown,not penalised for taking the time out to visit their shop ,have check their website again after visiting and purchasing the machine, still unable to find "online only price"......so good service from knowledgeable staff, just phone and check their "in store price" before driving past several more (percived) expensive garden equipment stores

Absolutely appalling service from the parts department,been waiting for Mountfield parts since ordering on 24th October. Was promised delivery by 27th October which came and went ,chased every day and promised every day but still no parts!
Have now had money refunded and taken my business elsewhere.

We bought a mountfield hedgecutter we used it twice and it stopped working !! We phoned and spoke to Lindsey on the Wednesday morning she advised me to take to nearest warranty dealers , we did was advised it was a factory fault to call her back , well we did and a brand new machine delivered on the Friday , amazing customer service would highly recommend this company thank you so much ????

Purchased a Honda IZY536SD from Garden Machines Northampton. Website stated in stock but waited over a week with no contact after payment. Finally contacted them - very unhelpful and cheeky and rude - asked for full refund - still awaiting. BEWARE when purchasing from this company - shocking service!!!!!!! ADDITIONAL INFO - False claims by Garden Machines - no correspondence and I was at home when the machine was meant to be delivered - no delivery despite taking a day off to wait! Shocked at their attitude and lies!!!!! Only received refund as purchased via pay pal - tried to falsify delivery information. DO NOT BUY!!!!
