Recently purchased a Racing Petrol lawn mower, self propelled RAC5175SPM. It is the best lawnmower I have ever owned. Following the instructions for priming, it started on the gentlest pull. No exertion required. Very powerful motor propels the mower with ease. The height adjustment slots from lowest cut to the next highest are too far apart so had an extra slot drilled into the bracket. Otherwise a perfect machine and thank you MowDirect for supplying it at a very competitive price.

Well impressed with service bought 2 mowers up to now and the service department Were great only company that new the correct part i wanted striping blade for me brilliant service. As requested by mow Direct I have added a pic of said blade fitted this is heavy undulating ground and on a slope but it does the job thanks again

Ordering and delivery process was very smooth, but once the goods arrived that was when things went wrong. The item was damaged when it arrived so I called customer services who advised that it could be returned and an engineer might be able to "knock the handles back into shape". I decided to request a refund rather than wait for an engineer with a hammer to get the shape as it should be. As expected they requested the item to be returned and then the refund would be processed. It took a couple of weeks of chasing for them to acknowledge and check the machine and then almost 3 weeks of chasing for the refund.

Very quick delivery. MowDirect was the only place that had what we needed in stock for quick delivery during Covid. There was a problem with the first mower we received and they could not have done more to resolve the issue and replace it straight away. Great mower, as described and exactly what was needed. Definitely 5 stars.

Recently purchased a Feider TR4870. Although this model may usually be a choice for a bigger lawn, it is also perfect for smaller lawns and is easy to manoeuvre and adjust settings. My lawn is currently under repair but the mower was still able to produce the desired effect and a perfect cut. The Customer Service and support I have received has been second to none and I shall certainly be using MowDirect again.

I phoned various lawn mower companies and Mow Direct were the only ones who answered the phone and not hide behind Covid 19. I spoke to Ben 3 times in the space of 10 minutes and he was really helpful in making me decide what lawn mower to buy. Arrived on the day Ben said it would. Its replaced my over 20 year old lawn mower and so far very pleased with my purchase.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Avoid, avoid, avoid. UPDATE to the review below: The mower was returned, as requested (albeit NOT collected on the day I had waited in for it the be collected). A refund was promised within 14 days. I am STILL waiting for a refund around FOUR WEEKS after it was returned. I am getting no response from the general customer care team, my customer care contact there (Claudia) or anyone Claudia has escalated the issue to. I'm now considering action to recover money owed. In my case, this firm has taken my money, delivered sub-standard equipment and then has sat on my money in their account as long as possible. I'd say that's as close to theft as it gets... ----- If I could give no stars, or minus stars, I really would. Mower arrived in a box with one side that looked like either Freddie Kruger had had a go at it from the outside, or it housed a Tasmanian devil. Of course, the courier placed that end away from us and by the time we had seen it, he had driven away quickly. Inside; some housing on the mower was buckled, and other metalwork was damaged. I informed my contact there (Ivan) of this and sent pictures through. I am awaiting his response six days later. But I needed to use immediately, as I needed to now the lawn. Next day delivery had NOT been stuck to by the company (not even next day after that). Now the mower won’t start and makes an exploding noise when I try to start up... so, I’m not trying again. Collection and full refund asked for. And, yes, before you reply MowDirect, I have tried emailing your customer care team. I’m awaiting a reply.

Machine took a long time to arrive as they had to "wait for their suppliers" apparently and came with no manual or warranty. Also I had to fix oil leak from OHV and dreadful noise from drive shaft which were immediately apparent on starting, so the pre-shipping checks can't have been very thorough. Otherwise mower does a good job.

My father got a Mountfield C25-7 back in January and needed a service. I spoke to Jaymee-Lea on the phone on behalf of my father and she was very polite and helpful. She very kindly informed me that at this current time they’re service department isn’t up and running due to Covid-19 and lack of workers they have in the warehouse. She told me where my nearest agent is and where I could go to get this checked. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Mow Direct and will definitely use their services again. Thank you again to Jaymee-Lea for her wonderful services.

I recently placed an order for a Snapper 82V Chainsaw with MowDirect. I went through the process of making the online payment as normal, but the following day I noticed that payment had not been taken. I logged in to their site to find that my order had 'Payment Review' alongside it, so I contacted them via their sales@ email address asking if there was a problem. No answer was given, so I then called them directly, only to be placed in a queue. Unbelievably, and I've noted that others have had the same experience, the queue was a queue of 1. Yes 1. After 10 minutes of being in this huge queue, I was cut off and received a message stating, 'This service is unavailable'. I then opted to send another email to both their sales@ and their customercare@ email addresses asking for them to clarify where the problem lies. I'm still waiting for a response, so I opted to call my bank to see if there was an issue with the payment, only to be told that it had not been accepted by MowDirect????? It was at that point that I decided to purchase elsewhere. If they don't respond to any form of contact about an order, imagine how poor their service would be if you had a problem with something you had bought from them. My guess would be that either you would have to fix it yourself or buy another piece of equipment from somewhere a little more reputable and communicative. What really gets me is that they can find the time to respond to the reviews on here, but just deflect by asking people to contact their customer care who, as is quite obvious, won't respond! I now think that the fact that my order wasn't accepted was almost certainly a blessing in disguise! All in all, it's a ???? from me for this company.

Trying to get an answer either by phone or email from this company about how they are going to resolve this matter is impossible. Next step is to take them to court. A company to be avoided.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered over 10 days ago, money taken and no delivery. Impossible to get through on the phone, don't respond to emails or answerphone messages. Covid-19 is placing challenges on all of us but this business took my money and promised next day delivery. They clearly can't do that at the moment but are still taking orders and promoting themselves on their social media platforms. Utterly immoral company that you really shouldn't trust with your money. Shop elsewhere.

Worst run company I have ever experienced.still awaiting a refund past the allotted time. No one responding to emails and phone messages. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Update: further to your response, I can confirm that a refund has been received (1 week later). Whilst I have full empathy for working conditions in our current climate, my opinion remains unchanged. The lack of communication and apologises never mind the rudeness of your team when we finally able to speak is disgraceful.
