Had to have a heart monitor fitted for a week. Technician was so empathetic and understanding, good staff and helpful. Was there with no one around at 6.30 at night so got seen quickly and efficiently.

Came here today for occipital nerve blocks. Experience was amazing and they take safety extremely serious. Very pleased with the service, and the food and latte were yummy. I had a private room with a TV, yes you heard me right. The staff are friendly and down to earth, thank you goes a long way. Be kind to them and they will treat you like a king/queen.

Literally cannot fault this hospital if I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. Every member of staff are so lovely, my child had surgery and nothing was too much trouble for any of the wonderful people looking after her, especially Louise. Thank you to One Hospital for everything.

Had a complete hip replacement here on the 8/10 /2020 , fantastic room , nursing staff were lovely, food was brilliant. Stayed two nights , could have stayed a week it was so nice .

I attended today for a MRI scan arranged by a neurologist at QE2 hospital. I tried to phone before leaving home but there was no answer, On arrival there seemed to be plenty of receptionists to take calls. I was early but was then told that my appointment was 20 minutes later than I had been told. Apparently they always do this to make sure you are on time. Obviously it is alright for you to waste your time as long as they do not! I was then told that I would be seen earlier as they were not busy. This did not happen. I was eventually seen half an hour later than my appointment time. There appeared to be no other patients in the scanning area. I would have been very annoyed if I had been paying for this "service"!

Came today 04.08.20 in order to get formal verification regarding epithelial sells damage in my throat. Due to my work as a cabinet-maker for over thirty years I have developed this condition. Was diagnosed in 2004 at the Watford hospital. Due to this condition I can not wear any masks or respirators of any kind. It induce immediate allergic spasms in my throat. Have notified receptionist about purpose of my visit and my condition. In response she asked me to put a mask on. It seems like that common sense does not apply to this hospital. I have declined her request, in response I was denied any assistance at the hospital because I do not follow the rules. Criminal rules from the criminal government shouldn't be followed. This is a private hospital and they charge a lot of money for their "services". At least it is clear to me what kind of attitude this hospital got towards patients.

Just returned from an overnight visit at One Hatfield. My stay was excellent, all the staff on the ward were attentive and caring. Special thanks to Harley, Deanne Jahrel and Sharon who looked after me. Very clean, big rooms and the food was great too!

In May 2019, I had a full left hip replacement, I was overwhelmed by the kindness and care I received during my stay at the hospital. The staff, including the Nurses, My Surgeon and the catering staff were all excellent as were the food and surroundings. I would also like to thank Radhika Patel my physiotherapist for her support and encouragement.

I would highly recommend not using the paediatric department at this hospital. We had 3 appointments with 2 different consultants over a 7 day period. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes on each appointment. Staff are rude and the care is poor. Use one of the many excellent paediatric hospitals inside the M25, avoid this hospital at all costs!

I saw a consultant plastic surgeon at the hospital who arranged to remove 2 suspect moles. I did not hear back from him so I called the hospital who were apologetic and promised to call me back the next day with an update. I never heard back from the surgeon or the hospital. I have since found another surgeon at Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth who have been fantastic

I would like to thank all of the staff from One Hatfield Hospital for the excellent care that I have received during my visit and my recovery. Everyone involved did an excellent job, and I cannot simply express my gratitude. I would like to spotlight my physiotherapist, Saul for his friendly service in helping me regain my strength and movement of my arm. He was very professional and efficient in his job. I would also like to thank Dr Sharma and his team for operating in me. They have preformed an excellent surgery again and I am sure that I am in experienced hands. Again, many thanks for all staff for this unique, professional experience for which I have never felt in another hospital. Many thanks!

Would like to thank Saul Stern for always being able to release the pain I suffer in my neck. I have been to may Physio’s over the years with this problem but nobody has ever been able to release the stiffness of the joints nor the tightness of the muscles like Saul can. One Hatfield Hospital are very lucky to have such a great Physio therapist. Angela Perrin.
