I had a contact lens consultation today in Specsavers In Sainsbury’s Rustington. From
The first greeting and the checking in the staff were amazing. I first saw the optometrist who did my initial eye test and then asked if I would allow the lovely lady training ( she had done her 3 years training) to take over under his supervision. I cannot explain how amazing both were. Forgive me not getting their name’s. They were so very thorough and came out feeling they had suited all my needs above expectations. Excellent job by all. 5 star rating I couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you.

New Glasses, lost mine just before Christmas, so popped along to Specsavers Rustington. Staff again fabulous.
I did get lost walking home in Kingston? Lol pitch black. ???? Should have taken me 2hrs more like 4.5 by the time I got home... Lol all the bloody roads disappeared..

So small it is not easy to not breath same air while exam is happening and it is certainly for more than 10 mins. Vacated waiting chairs not always cleaned between customers. I did not see door handles cleaned too and from rooms. Staff always very pleasant though.

Really lovely opticians. Very thorough examination and the range of glasses is excellent and start at very competitive prices. Highly recommended. I should add that every precaution has been put in place in the current pandemic and I felt very safe there

Went there with my wife as she was not satisfied with her glasses,and the manager himself said it would cost 10 pounds. Guess prices tripled overnight as i paid 30 and been told everything is fine. That was after almost 9 months ago we payed 200+ pounds
Waste of time and money,would recommend anyone with enough mental capacity steers clear from this.

They found out I had problem with my eyes and I didnt pay anything. Very friendly and dedicated staff. They also gave us a discount when we bought 2 pairs of glasses.
