They have recently stopped offering 2 for 1 on kids glasses and also lots of hidden cost to add things on so I need up spending a fortune for my sons glasses when it should be free..

I turned up Unannounced, a very friendly young lady by the name of Sarah met me at the door (covid restrictions in place). I told her that I had 2 pairs of glasses ( mine and my wife's ) that were in need of repair. She attended to them straight away and ten minutes later I went away happy. Very impressed.

The staff here are very unhelpful, I went there because I had a contact lens stuck in my eye, and my eye was extremely sore and gungy, but they wouldn’t see me.
I had to have 5 telephone consultations, I told them it was an emergency, but they still wouldn’t see me. I had to get the contact lense myself.
