The person with whom I had first contact was not very friendly or welcoming but I think was very busy. After that everyone was lovely. I felt my eye test was thorough and professional but friendly and any questions I had were answered completely. Ellie who helped me choose my glasses was delightful.

Good service throughout the process, taking into account the additional issues posed by the COVID situation. Smooth operation through from booking appointment after receiving the reminder, going in for the examination on time and being dealt with in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Relieved that I didn't need new spectacles, and pleased that there was no attempt at hard selling of any additional products.

Used to be Tesco Opticians but absolutely wonderful transition to VE. Outstanding service from assistants including Germain and optician Kuran. Been with them for many years and they are friendly, easy going, professional and incredibly helpful. I feel so well informed and satisfied after a visit, and they are always on hand to help with queries about lens plan or new prescriptions, even with Covid pressure and during extremely busy hours. Highly recommend.

Awful service, no customer care, lie about the whereabouts of an order, lie again, tell 2 family members who try to sort the issue out two different stories, they take 10 days to respond to a complaint submitted on their website, then say it will be another 10 days to receive glasses.
Original order was in February, now August and still no glasses
Do not use this branch of Vision Express, they are understaffed and the staff they do have are incompetent.
