I would like to thank Celia for her courteous and prompt attention when I took my broken driving glasses in on Friday to have a replacement screw fitted and one of the lenses reinstated. In the time it took me to purchase a few goods in store and return to the Opticians they had not only been fixed but cleaned as if they were brand new. Excellent service and worth noting. Thank You. After a bad experience elsewhere, I came to Asda opticians, Ferring in January 2021. The staff were extremely helpful and the glasses (one pair) are the best I have had in 30 years. They are varifocals and also have reactolite tint, brown, which is so soft on your eyes. I highly recommend you. Thankyou

I don't need glasses, but I'm sure they'd give me some if I did.

Not good did the eye test wrong and made me go to the hospital as a emergency at Worthing at 8pm I live in at Bognor Regis to found out their is nothing wrong with my eyes. I would not recommend this for a eye test ONLY for buying glasses. The woman working doing eye test was panicking or going mad.

The optical assistant i saw to collect my glasses was polite very helpful professional and thorough. Glasses excellent value especially as i wear varifocals.
